  • Great compact chair, easy to assemble
Color: Grey Style: Swivel Rocker Recliner
A great compact recliner for a small space/room. Has great rotation capabilities and is an easy rocking chair that is super easy to assemble. Disabled husband loves it! The swivel function is an upgrade from his usual armchair and the recline function is easy to use without much physical exertion. The basic style goes well with many interior designs. It could be a bit sturdier when rocking. The chair could throw you forward if rocking too fast. Very supportive seat for lumbar. ... show more

  • A perfect recliner!
Color: Grey Style: Swivel Rocker Recliner
After weeks of searching on Amazon for a recliner that was in my price range, made with cloth and *not* leather/faux leather, a good size and the right color, I took a bit of a gamble on this one. There are a few companies selling (what looks like) this same recliner. Read through reviews and the combination of good reviews and the right price made me pick this. Everything about it is great and the "gamble" paid off. I've had it now for nearly 2 months and it's just as good as it was on day 1. Fedex delivered it so it had a tracking number and I could keep on top of it, it arrived safely and well packaged so there were no damages from the shipping process. Getting all the foam and cardboard and wrap off was a bit of a pain but I'd rather have to deal with that than it being shipped without it. Putting it together only took about 10 minutes, with an easy "push and click" install of the back and the arms and that's it. My livingroom isn't super big so I needed a chair that could fit into a smaller space but still be comfortable. While this isn't the widest chair around and I'm a big guy (6'2, 220 lbs), it's not uncomfortable to sit in at all. In fact, I routinely fall asleep in it while watching TV. The leg rest comes out super easy with a simple pull lever function on the side and a rather forceful spring, though that has gotten better over time and isn't quite as jarring as it was the first few times. Now it comes out just right, enough force to lift my legs up but not so much that it's a catapult. While I wish there was a mechanical way to retract the leg rest, unfortunately the only way is to manually push them back in. This isn't such a big deal for me but it could be a bit difficult for the elderly. They lock back in place with a very audible "click" so you always know they're locked in and won't spring back up. The chair sits upright when the foot rest is stowed and though I don't think this is a feature per se, it can be used like a rocking chair. The reason is the chair automatically slightly reclines when the foot rest is out, so the "rocking" mechanism is part of this function. I rarely, if ever, use it in it's "flat/sleeping" configuration, with the back pushed all the way down because it's leaned back, foot rest elevated position is the most comfortable. I can watch TV and relax super easy and very comfortably, so no need for all that. If you need a slightly smaller recliner that has a foot rest and adjustable positions and at a very reasonable price, get this one. It's well put together, sturdy and has proven to be very reliable and comfortable. ... show more

  • Perfect
Color: Off White Style: Swivel Rocker Recliner
I absolutely love this recliner! The design is sleek and cozy, and the material feels super soft and comfortable. It’s not too big, which makes it perfect for smaller spaces like my apartment. Even though it’s compact, it reclines surprisingly far back — perfect for relaxing or napping. The padding is thick and supportive, especially on the arms and footrest. Assembly was easy and quick. Totally worth the price! ... show more

  • Nice chair, poor quality control
Color: Blue Style: Swivel Rocker Recliner
The chair itself is very comfy, I like it. The swivel part isn't super smooth, its a little bumpy as it rotates, but its not a deal breaker. The reclining part works ok, getting it to go all the way back isn't easy, but I don't use it in that position anyway. The problem however, and the reason for the 3 star review, is that the chair broke on me pretty much immediately. Everything went together fine, but then I sat in it for the first time, and took it for a test drive, rotating it and reclining in it. As I did, there was a loud "ping" sound, and I got off and inspected it. I found two screwheads broken under the chair, that weren't there before (I'm holding one in the picture) From what I can gather, the two right screws holding the mechanical part of the chair to the actual wood frame were not fully screwed in, and as soon as I put my 170 lbs on it, it was enough twisting force to break the screw heads clean off, leaving the rest of the screw in the wood. You can see in the other picture with the red circle where the screw broke, there is another one further down on the same side, but I couldn't get a good photo. It was extremely frustrating, as I didn't want to have to take it all apart and wrestle the thing back to FedEx, and have to pay for return shipping and whatever else they would charge me. So I just ended up fixing it myself by realigning the frame and sinking in two new wood screws. This was a poor quality control issue that shouldn't happen at a 200$+ pricetag. ... show more
