I’m so grateful for this product. This thing seriously cured shoulder pain I had for DECADES. I’d had physical therapy, massages, trigger point injections and saw chiropractors. Some of it worked briefly but it never lasted and gave up years ago just resigning myself to living in pain. I decided to try this massager using it for about 20 minutes at a time and taking a break between uses. The permanent knot in my shoulder disappeared and my range of motion increased. I started needing it less and less and rarely use it anymore. I occasionally feel my shoulders tightening and will use it here and there for maintenance. It’s incredible to live without pain after so long.

I was pretty skeptical buying an item like this. More times than not, these types of items just dont work as well as they sound. This item, however, is pretty nice. I have severe muscle tension on my neck and shoulders and this product works pretty good for a home remedy. It seems to be pretty stout and good quality....maybe even a bit bulky. I was surprised at how it seems to hit exactly where you want it to. You can adjust how hard by using the straps to push down harder. It does seem to tax the product if you push too hard but honestly, you dont need to push that hard. I found that letting it run longer with less pressure keeps me from getting too sore anyway. Still, it is easy to over do it and not noticed until the next time you try to use it that you are a bit bruised. The heat setting isnt very effective but I really didnt think it would be on a battery operated unit. I use a separate heat pad before and sometimes after using this item. Easy to use...just plug it in the charge it and it is ready to go. The cost is worth it...cant afford to go to a massage therapist every other day. I really have no Con's...at this cost, the item does what I would want it to do and I think it will last a long time.

I’ve had this for a year now. It was working great but now it won’t charge anymore. It won’t turn on because it doesn’t charge anymore. I’m very disappointed that it broke after only a year.

I think it’s no secret that in today’s world, we spend a lot of time hunching over computers, behind the wheel, and especially over our phones. Straighten your neck if you’re reading this review. You get what I mean, right? That’s why there’s always a desire to relieve tension—or even pain—in the neck and back. And as I found out, this can be done not only in a massage salon but also completely without the help of another person, simply by using a portable device. Now, let’s talk about the device itself. The massager has a heating function and several massage modes. It runs on a rechargeable battery, which is, of course, an advantage, but at the same time, a potential drawback. The advantage is obvious—portability. You can charge it from almost any power source. However, I do have some doubts since it has moving parts, and I’m not sure how long it will last. The size is quite compact, and most importantly, it folds up, so it doesn’t take up much space. According to the manufacturer, the massager provides a shiatsu-style massage, which helps relax muscles and relieve pain. Now, let’s get to my actual experience. I mostly use the massager for my neck rather than my back, and after long periods of sitting, it does a great job of relaxing the muscles. I was worried that the battery might lose power over time, but my concerns turned out to be unfounded—it holds a charge for quite a long time, and the device itself operates quietly and without discomfort. Keep in mind that it’s designed for about 15 minutes of use at a time, although when it comes to massages, you might want a little more. Of course, if you compare it to a professional massage therapist, there’s simply no comparison. But you know, if you often feel stiffness in your neck or something like that, this will be a really great purchase.

This massager is so amazing. I love the heat it's just enough to help melt away all the tension and stress. I had a massive headache and this took it away within minutes, it has several functions, you can change the speed, the rotation of the heads, the heat level or have no heat. It's very quiet and portable. It turns off automatically and if you want to use it longer you can turn it back on. It is rechargeable & has great battery life. Definitely worth the money. No more Tylenol for me just use this and feel better. You can even use it on your back, legs and feet. Great massager.
