I just received it today and put it on the charger . It was fully charged (green light) in less than 30 minutes! And for my purposes, this light is excellent. I wanted a motion night light for a bathroom that was bright but not too bright. This light has a lot of light levels and is plenty bright, for me, on the lowest level. That said, I’m hoping the battery won’t need charging for quite a while. I have it set to motion-on- only and it turns off in like 20 seconds when motion is no longer detected. I’m giving it 5 stars because it is working exactly as expected but more importantly, as I needed… I’ll repost after my first charge to give everyone an idea how long it lasts ... show more

I think that this light does most of what it claims very well. It’s easy to install. It has a strong adhesive and you just slap the light on. Much preferred than putting holes in your ceiling. You can increase or decrease the intensity of the light, make the light warmer or cooler, have the light always on, or have it activated by motion. Where it falls short for me is in its motion detection. Does it really last 2 months? More like a week. I don’t understand the daylight/nighttime detection setting; they seem to work the same, no matter what time of day it is. After about a week, there’s no motion detection. I can use the remote to turn the light on, and the light doesn’t seem to be fading, but the light seems to be in need of a recharge. It takes under 4 hours to get a full recharge. So i’m somewhat disappointed on how often I need to take the light down for a charge, but when it does work, it works well. ... show more

The light is bright and I love the magnets so that I can put it almost anywhere. The color temperature settings are also varied and nice; the neutral is a true neutral and not a blue LED masquerading as a neutral! The motion sensing and timing work well, and the remote is responsive. I have mine in my shower and it seems to be holding up well so far. I only knocked off a star because the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like, but for the price and general quality, I can get around charging it. the cable that came with the light isn't loose and shows no signs of breaking, either.
