What I love about is that you hit the speed low+high and on/off buttons on the side of frother which is not hurt my arthritis thumb. This is good for people who have arthritis hand. I have had use Aerolatte for many years because of button-on/off on the side of frother-not automatically. I tried to use other popular brands twice, but this is not for me because I had to hold on/off button on top of frother which hurts my arthritis thumb so I had switch back to old Aerolatte that I had used it for many years till I found this new amazing frother that has USB/rechargeable. Love power modes. It is nice to have two different whisks. Tried to make chocolate milk and it was great! This frother and stand are well made and designed. A good addition to my setup! I've never used one of these stirrers before, but it was relatively easy to get the hang of rather quickly. The lowest setting is still very quick, enough to have 2 oz of espresso climb about 2/3 of the way up my 12 oz mug. The motor seems powerful enough to mix up more thick liquids, but I honestly don't know how it would hold up to more syrupy fluids, but it dissolves demerrara syrup with ease. Cleaning is simple, with just a quick run under the faucet to get the foam off the mixer.

I had given my previous rechargeable hand frother to my brother and needed a replacement. This one happened to be on a limited time deal for under $10 so I snatched it up. Really wasn't expecting it to be better than the one I had previously which was working just fine. However, I quickly learned when I open the box that the spring head diameter is larger than the two previous handheld milk frothers that I had purchased, and much stronger. This particular one had three separate buttons for the three different speeds of low, medium, high. I actually prefer the one button switch on my previous frother where you were just multiple press to change speeds, don't see the point of why they need three separate buttons just to change speed - But with that said, this handheld frother is more effective and a stronger whip than either of the two previous handheld milk frothers that I purchased in the past.

I am a picky coffee drinker. I have roasted my own coffee beans for 10 years and am very particular about how I press them in my French press. I do, occasionally, enjoy a stiff foam on top of my coffee and it's been awhile since I've had a handheld frother. I wanted to try this one because it has a double stacked frothing whisk which means it will create more and better foam. It also comes with a small whipping whisk to make whip cream to put on top of your coffee, which is the first time I've seen that. The frother whisk works amazingly. It works best with warm milk as opposed to cold milk. I hold the cup at a 45 degree angle while placing the frother in the milk, starting towards the bottom of the cup, moving the frother around slowly to build air bubbles into the milk. Then, I do the same thing in the middle of the body of milk and slowly bring it towards the top of the milk, without letting the whisks come above the top layer because it will cause the milk to spray all over the place. Stay just below the top layer, holding the whisk in various sections for a few seconds until you create the amount of foam you want. I've tried this with skim milk and whole milk and found that the higher the fat content, the better the foam you will get. Oak milk and soy milk seem to break very quickly and don't reach a stiff, thick foam. By "break," I mean, the bubbles fall flat very quickly. Perhaps, if you are able to find one of the milk alternatives with fat in it, it will work better. The handheld frother is wireless and comes with a charging stand, which is convenient because I've always had frothers that used batteries and they became expensive. This is also much more powerful than the battery operated frothers I've used. I'm not sure if that's because it's not battery operated or if it's simply because it's designed better but I like it more than the variety of other frothers I've had. I also like the double whisks on the attachment used to froth the milk. It creates more air in order to make a thicker foam and it does so quicker. The charging stand is stainless steel so it looks like it belongs on a kitchen counter near the coffee machine or French press. When it comes to the second attachment, which is a wire whipping whisk, it looks like a great addition but I have used handheld whipper before and they've never been very successful in creating whipped cream that doesn't fall flat within seconds so I didn't have too much hope for this whipper at first look. However, I did try it with half a cup of real whipping cream and with sweet cream and while trying to whip the whipping cream in a mug, it did a fairly good job. The sweet cream didn't do as well with the whipper. Later, I tried frothing the sweet cream with the frother whisk instead of the whipper and it works very well. I believe it didn't whip into whipped cream due to the fact that it doesn't contain actual dairy products. It's a coffee creamer so it is made of fats, sugars and other artificial ingredients that most people will balk at, haha. In closing, I am very happy with this. Keep in mind that it is not a Starbuck's frothing machine which uses steam and pressurized air to froth your cappuccinos. We have to be realistic when purchasing home devices and trying not to compare them to the professional thousand dollar machines used in famous franchises. This is a really great alternative for a very good price.

I made this purchase to replace a broken frother. (case cracked where the wisk exits the body) So glass I found this one. It is well made and has 3 speeds, (Sometimes you want a more gentle mixer) and an additional whisk attachment. I like that the frother arm can be removed to clean and the frother attachment has a dual mixer. It works much better than our previous one and stirs and froths drinks much better, maybe due to the duel mixers. I also like the fact that it is rechargeable. I no longer search for batteries and I find that the power is stronger than replaceable batteries. The product page indicates it has a wall-mounted stand. This may be an error as it only comes with a stand that stands on its own.

This milk frother definitely works! It is very powerful, I'd even say commercial grade. It is rechargeable, which is very convenient. It has three settings, low medium and high. The low setting is more than enough for what I've used it for- frothing creamer for coffee or mixing milk and sugar into coffee. It overall seems very sturdy and like it will last a good while if it is well taken care of. It is rather big, so it is not the easiest to store in a cabinet.
