If I could return these I would, it's too late for returns. Installed on a doggie door and only lasted 2 weeks before they died. Don't waist your funds on this.

The media could not be loaded. *Purchase Eight C cell li-ion batteries. *CONTENTS Basic box with four packs of two batteries. One instant complaint is that with 8 cells, there was only one USB wire for four batteries - package TWO cords and charge just a bit more. *SIZE Circumference seems on par between these lithium ions vs alkalines. However when placing three into an LED flashlight, alkaline batteries reached to just beneath the opening. Lithium batteries rose slightly above the screw top, and I noticed one of the four that I grabbed seemed to have a very slight bulge. That made it hard to screw on, seal to make waterproof, and also with pressing the power button, which is on the end cap, which added pressure when the flashlight was properly sealed. *WEIGHT Each Li-Ion battery weight a consistent 31 grams vs the alkalines which added another 40g each at 71 grams. Using three lithiums in my flashlight would save 120g or 4.23 ounces. *LIGHT OUTPUT These lithiums were installed straight from the box with no added charging and the lens delivered settled to about 3,070. Alkaline batteries while purchased new with the flashlight last week had been used for several minutes before this test. They delivered about 2,500 lumens, and I do wonder if the Li-Ions still pack more lumens during delivery. That said, the pattern of output means that Li-Ions WILL be consistent at 1.5v vs alkalines which taper off. ... show more
