The product looks good. Since this is a gift, I did not try it. Hopefully it works. Update: I tried the product. It is easy to operate. The volume level goes from 1 to 8, just keep clicking the ear pad, then it will go back to level 1. Hopefully next generation this feature can be improved. I felt that I hear my own voice louder than that from the other person’s, maybe this just need get used to it. The noise reduction seems ok, but high pitches sound louder, like put a dish on the kitchen counter. Overall, I like it. Hopefully my dad will like it too. So,I give a 5 star rating. ... show more

I like how this product is sold for the same price as similar products on Amazon, but it has some add-on items like the USB power adapter and the travel case. The quality is good, too. There's nothing to complain about it.

My dad loves this product! He doesn't hear very well lately, so I bought this for his birthday, and now he's wearing it all the time. I made a good choice because regular hearing aids cost over $1000 while this product is under $100.

Actually a hearing amplifier but the sound quality is very good. I only use it for TV so far, but it is easy to use ( the instruction pamphlet is excellent). The ear pieces are very comfortable and charge up quickly. So far I’m pleased. Very affordable and worth it!
