I got this for my maltipoo because he never stops barking. Now i never hear him bark. When he has it on he stays quiet. He knows when it’s not on and goes back to barking non stop. He lives indoors so this is annoying. Works great when it’s on him. Tried it on both of my pitbulls and it didn’t phase either one of them. They only bark when there’s a knock on the door so put it on them and knocked on the door with the collars on the highest settings and it didn’t phase either one of them. Great for smaller dogs, not good for larger breeds. I would purchase this again and suggest it to a friend for their smaller dogs.

The shock collar is suppose to differentiate when it’s the dog with a collar on that’s barking and when it’s a different dog but it doesn’t. When my dog barks it shocks him and it works to shut him up in that moment but the second my other dog barks too it still shocks the wrong dog.

The media could not be loaded. I was able to select the appropriate setting for my dog thanks to the collar's five different sensitivity levels that are customizable. When she barked, it would first vibrate, then beep, and finally, if necessary, it would escalate to a very minor shock. Everything would begin on a low setting. The second level was ideal for my lab since it was able to capture her attention and make her stop barking without causing her any worry. As a result of the collar's ability to detect vibrations in barking rather than simply sound, it is able to prevent false triggers caused by other dogs barking. I like the fact that it has a safety switch that is automated after one minute, which prevents it from overcorrecting. The rechargeable battery has a lifespan of two to three weeks on a single charge. After just a few days of using it, I noticed a significant decrease in the amount of excessive barking in my dog. After one to two barks, my dog will stop barking since the beeps and vibrations are sufficient to dissuade him. She is brought out of her barking frenzy by a swift and gentle shock on the rare occasion that she continues to bark violently.

I like the look and ease of use of this collar. Directions were easy to follow. The collar was purchased for my daughter's dog because I can't stand the constant barking especially when she is here. Unfortunately Mocha is in that very small percentage of dogs it doesn't work on. No matter what setting I have on it just doesn't phase her at all. She just keeps barking and barking and barking.

I like that I had the option to cover the metal posts with rubber tips, this way my dog gets a healthy vibration buzz instead of a shock. There are times (rarely) when I have needed to use the shock feature, my dog fully understands the features when he has his collar on. The only thing I didn't like was the lowest setting is a bit too strong even for a large animal.

Dog will attack our front window and bark like crazy any time anyone approaches or leaves the house. The collar got him to stop with beeps and vibrating. Now I don’t even have to make him wear it. I just hang the collar from the curtain rod above where he likes to look out the window and he only ever barks 2-3 times before the collar beeps and he immediately gets down from the couch and retreats to our bedroom to lay down. This is great because he still “guards” the house and we are alerted when someone is approaching, but it keeps him from going absolutely insane.
