Overall very satisfied with the product. Especially for the price, though sadly it didn’t qualify for Prime shipping. I was in need of a stroller for my senior and now injured doggie, so I could take him along with me, so we could combine “his walks” and “my walks” that will total about 10 miles daily. The product is very light and easily maneuverable with one hand. I’m 5’4” and the height is mostly comfortable, as I’m walking at a very brisk pace I find it more comfortable to walk adjacent not behind it, for I would end up kicking the back wheel bar, this could be alleviated if the push bar height/length were maybe another 2”, but at a more leisurely walking pace this shouldn’t be an issue. Straight out of the box it’s self explanatory to assemble if one has common sense. I went with this product for the depth & width of the seat area. My dog is 9lbs of fury and can comfortably turn & reposition himself, and he can scooch backwards to be more covered by the sun shield. This stroller could easily accommodate a dog up to say 20lbs but with a bit less maneuverability for them. The sun shield itself is fully attached by a single point in the back with zippers that run along either side, the sun shield covers half of the carriage and a mesh covers the front half. If you live in a mild or temperate area this should suffice, I live in hot, humid, soggy, & swampy Florida, so I added a self made material flap that I clip to the sun shield bar to add further shade when walking directly into the sun. The only downside of the zipper is that it can be a bit fiddly to maneuver at the point where the stroller basin/seat meats the stroller bar/frame on each side, as the zipper runs along the outside, and I have small hands and it was still annoying. A recommended improvement could be to add double sided zipper pulls and Bob’s your Uncle, problem solved. I however just braided some colored string and tied them onto the ends of the pulls for a bit of easy access length. The wheels, well we’ll see how they hold up to the test of time, as I’ve only used this for a week. They are about 4” in diameter and I have no idea what material they are made from, feels like hard lightweight foam(but that’s a guess). As this stroller is only ever going on mostly well maintained and relatively smooth to mildly coarse flat pavement I shall hope for the best endurance. I do not as yet know of replacement options if required. The stroller comes with a basic 1” foam pad. I would recommend adding additional cushioning that suits your individual needs. I’ve also incorporated a “chill pad”, a “chill towel”, & an ice pack to complete the ensemble. But those are my/his needs for his particular tolerance and this particular climate. The stroller also has a drink’s holder and a little non secure spot on the same tray for small odds and ends such as keys, etc. The seat/basin itself easily clips into place at 4 points on the frame and underneath the seat, both front and back, are additional attachment points by way of Velcro to secure the basin to the front and rear bars, this will need to be manually attached and detached with every use if you collapse the stroller. No biggie, it takes all of 10 seconds. There is also a latch to secure the stroller when collapsed & not in use. As it stands, the love of my life; the ruler of my world; my sun, my moon, & my stars; & Protector of The Realm seems quite satisfied with his chariot.

I purchased the leopard skin print stroller. It was easy to assemble, I put my cat's favorite blanket in it, then sprinkled a little catnip on the blanket. I left the mesh screen unzipped and open and of course my cat became very curious and started investigating. I lifted him and put him in the stroller, but had the wheel's locked so it wouldn't move. He checked it out and laid down, but then soon jumped out. I didn't force the issue, but left the stroller out where he could get used to it. A couple of days later, he jumped into the stroller by himself and laid down again, and stayed a little longer this time. This time I zipped it shut, which he didn't seem to mind, and took a couple of pictures of him. Then unzipped it and let him exit when he wanted to. So after having it "around the house" for about a week, I decided today was the day to start out on our first adventure. I put him in, zipped it up and headed out the door. He seemed to love it. He laid right now and was looking out all 3 sides (which is one of the best features of this particular stroller - great visibility). I stopped a couple of times, unzipped the mesh part way so I could reach in an pet him a little. He didn't make any effort to escape. Along our walk, we met a neighbor walking her dog. Since my cat loves dogs, we stopped to say hi. The dog and my cat were nose to nose with the mesh screen between them. Nice, safe environment for both animals! We walked about a mile and headed back into the house. I unzipped the mesh and he jumped out on his own and then laid down to take a nap. All the excitement and new smells must have exhausted him. What a treasure to find something new we can do together - healthy for me, and a new adventure for my cat. Love it!! Great stroller for the price! Lightweight, easy to handle. Great buy!

I've had this incredible product for a while now, and let me tell you—it's impressively durable! My little Chihuahua, weighing in at just 8 to 11 pounds, absolutely loves being rolled around in it. She enjoys everything about it, except for the cover, of course! The cover features a breathable mesh front and a sturdy plastic back, which adds to its charm. **Pros:** - Super easy to use, making outings a breeze! - My dog can’t get enough of being in there with the cover wide open to soak up the sights. - Compact and simple to store when we're done adventuring. - Sturdy enough for both on-road and off-road escapades! - Breathable design ensures she stays comfortable. - Lightweight, making it effortless to carry. **Cons:** - Just a heads up: the mesh can be a bit delicate and prone to rips. - The back plastic cover tends to flop down, even after trying the handy little pop-up feature. - I wish it folded more easily for quick pack-ups! Overall, for the fantastic price and the sheer joy it brings to my little princess, it’s worth every penny! She doesn’t have to walk or feel uneasy in public—this setup gives her a sense of safety while allowing her to relish the beautiful scenery around us!

I bought this for my yorkie mix who has medical issues that prohibit him from taking long walks in the heat and humidity. We've been using this for about a week and he loves it. We take a regular walk, and then head home for a longer walk/ride in his stroller. We live in an older, traditional neighborhood where the sidewalks can be uneven, but this works well for the most part. If the height between one section of sidewalk and the next -- or the street and the sidewalk -- is more than an inch or so, I have to brace a foot against back "axle" to tip the front wheels up a bit to make the adjustment to a different level, but it's easy to do. The stroller is light and easy to maneuver both empty and with my dog (21ish lbs.) in it. It has two cupholders (one for my water and one for my dog's), as well as a center compartment with a lid. My lid doesn't snap closed as it should, but I tuck my phone in it, so I wouldn't be able to close the lid anyway, as my phone is larger than the compartment. The only thing I would like to change is the height of the handle. I wish it were a bit higher. I'm about 5'6" and my arms get rather tired because they are almost completely outstretched. They wouldn't have to be, but if I have them bent much, I fear that my toes will bang against the back axle. However, the stroller is maneuverable enough that I can walk beside it for a while and steer it with just one hand (not as easy on particularly uneven surfaces), which gives my arms a bit of a rest. Overall, my dog and I both really like this stroller.

I recently drove cross country with one of our cats as my husband was moving for a job. I plan to follow with the other car and the other cat in a month or so. During the drive, we wished we had thought to purchase a stroller for the cat since his carrier was awkward to bring into hotel rooms and to sit with him at outdoor restaurants (Covid). It was too hot to leave him in the car during potty breaks and food breaks. The carrier was just a pain and the movement further stressed him out. So, I thought this stroller would do the trick. I wish, very much, that I had spent more to get a better stroller. Pros: Manuevers and steers very smoothly. It provides enough space inside for one cat. Easy to assemble. There is a zipper to keep the kitty secure inside. There is a pad for the kitty to lay on for comfort. Cons: The wheels are SUPER cheaply made and I doubt the stroller will last very long with regular use. Might be fine for vet visits and simple trips, but not really for strolling around the block with your cat. The stroller is flimsy and hard to navigate over curbs or other little bumps in the pavement since it is too flimsy to use leverage with your foot at the bottom like a kids stroller. The stroller RATTLES like CRAZY and will drive you nuts if you plan on taking it for long walks. The cup holder doesn't fit any cup of mine and it just rattles. My cat lifts up the padding to attempt to dig under which defeats the point of the padding (it is not velcro'd onto anything). There is a sun guard on the top which is nice, but I think my cat gets nervous because she can't see me behind her. I wish the sun guard was detachable or had a little "window" in the back.

This was simple to put together in less than two minutes after barely glancing at the instructions, and it is cheaply made, but does the job for our needs and I didn't want to spend more than $40 on it, so it's exactly what I was looking for. I have no idea how it folds because I have no intention of taking it anywhere in a car, bus, plane, or train. It is not sturdy, but it does the job for keeping my granny's tiny little dog near her and high enough off the floor for her to pick him up and put him down easily on her own. I roll it from one room to another once in awhile, but mostly it stays in her bedroom or the living room. She puts him in her walker seat (which flips up) whenever she's actually taking him out for a walk, and when I walk him I put him on a leash. I'm very happy with it. It's exactly what I wanted for the price.

I hope my review will help both the consumer, Amazon and the company. First, I have 2 American Short Hair cats who live indoors. They are 10lbs each. I wanted an affordable, easy to use quality cat stroller to give me exercise and a safe way to expose my cats to the outdoors. Pros of this stroller: a. The price is fair. b. Easy to put together and use, except the wheels are small so a little hard to maneuver around curves and over bumps but I mainly walk on concrete sidewalks in the suburbs so not too much of a challenge. c. The space of the carriage is big enough and the netting wide enough for my cats to be comfortable and see. In fact, when the stroller is parked in my home, they love to sleep in it. Cons: a. Durability-Only after using it 3 times, going for 10 minutes walk, the front wheel casing cracked. b. There is a fee to return the stroller which was about 1/2 the price that I paid because of shipping cost. Please be aware, you can return it but it is NOT free. c. I and my cats like the stroller so I contacted the seller through Amazon for a replacement part. They answered my inquiry quickly each time I sent the message. The problem is with unkept promises that I had to make an effort to chase down. The promises for the replacement part to come when I needed to NEVER materialized and I had to spend my time and effort to ask about it. d. Finally, I had enough so asked them point blank that if they could NOT replace the broken part to refund my money. They agreed to it and said they would send me a free shipping label from FEDEX, per my request for free shipping. Again, I was promised on 1/27/2023 that a shipping label was requested from FEDEX would arrive in my email 24-48 but I would have to pay for a box myself to ship it back. Why would it take that long for FEDEX to email me a shipping label, I don't know. I no longer have the original box but thankfully have extra that may fit the stroller. I just want to share an example of excellent customer service by Pet Safe: 1. I bought an automatic litter box which had a broken part within one year. 2. I contacted the company for help within the warranty contract. 3. They looked into a replacement that day but discovered the company did NOT manufacture just replacement parts so they sent a complete new littler box system. 4. The new system had a glitch so I called the company back for help. The representative walked me on the phone through to trouble shoot the problem. 5. When the steps did NOT resolve the issue, she sent me another litter system to replace it. The problem was solved with minimal inconvenience to me and I will definitely continue to support this business based on excellent customer care because they truly stand behind their products and care about their customers. The bottom line is that I understand with the post-Covid era supplies, services, etc. have been a challenge for all of us. But I just want to submit an honest review to help anyone interested in buying this product or any other product from this company. I know all of us are busy with family and work so for me, while this is not a life or death situation, it has required and will require me to take time out of my day to pack, ship and return a product that is good but clearly needs improvement in durability. And while the company has been quick to respond to messages actively sent by me through Amazon, they need to improve on customer follow through. If the company has made several promises to send a part that was not available, they should reach out to the customer in a timely manner. And honestly, when a customer has been put through such a delay, pay the courtesy of not just providing a shipping label but also the whole means to return the product.
