    • One was good, the other I can't get support for.
Bought two of these chairs at the same time. One works fine while the other was a dud out of the box. Custom support was fine on the phone but now I can't get them to response from the service department. Disappointed to say the least. I would not buy this product again nor recommend to others do to their poor customer service, which has really just been, lip service and nothing more. If rather spend the extra cash to insure I had the support when needed. ... show more

Look and quality of chair overall are good I’d say massages are intense but great but there are a few things that make me wish I’d gone with another. You cannot control the strength of the rollers to different areas individually so it’s either all soft or all hard (can’t say hard on feet soft on back or vice versa) another thing that would have been nice if the the display was back lit as you cannot see the buttons without light (relaxing in the dark would be nicer if I didn’t need my flashlight) ... show more

    • Low End and No Calf Heating
The massage hurts and left bruises on my back. The description says calf heating and there isn’t. I expected the back heating to be on par with a car seat but you can hardly feel it. The foot rollers are faintly felt as well. The zero gravity recline is the same degree as a typical lazy boy.

3 week updated. I have used this chair for about 3 weeks now and now one of the bottom low rollers is now defective. It won't turn along the others and it makes a loud annoying sound when in operation.
