The price of a good bike is astronomical, so cheap might be the best some of us can do. I bought two. One had a bad derailleur and it tangled in the spoke first use. I had to buy a new derailleur because the bikes were purchased as used. New bikes. Very used packaging. But it killed my chance of warranty satisfaction. Buy the new ones. You might need that warranty. As for the one that worked. Seriously out of adjustment. My first ride seemed stiff. I lubricated everything which helped a good bit. The bike is noisy, and no where near the efficiency of a better bike. There is a chance you'd have a better product off the shelf from Walmart at half the price. These are girls' bikes. Now, usually that just means a step through frame. But the hand grips on these are painfully small for my man hands. I bought these for a specific reason that other bikes didn't qualify for. Bought it as a present for my kid and she really likes it too bad she had to wait to ride it because it was sent with a bad tire. Not matter how much we pumped it up the air just wouldn’t stay. When I contacted company about getting a replacement tire I was informed that I couldn’t get another tire. They wanted me to send the entire bike back. It just wasn’t worth the hassle and I ended up just going to the store to buy a new one. ... show more

The bike ride great but I’m 5’3 an my feet are barely touching the ground I lowered the seat to the lowest setting an I still feel like I’m up too high also the bike is really heavy for me it almost fell on me twice an i think the handle bars are on backwards

This is beautiful bike and my daughter liked it.Only bad part is this bike require 3 different Allen keys to assemble and seller did not provide any. If you buy 25$ scooter that also gives allen key with it. I gave 3 star because of that as i had to go out to shop for assembling this.
