Someone recommended Lion’s Mane tea for short-term memory. However, while searching on Amazon, I found these capsules, which is much easier for me to consume. I noticed within a week or two that I no longer walked in the rooms and forgot what I was there and I also had improvement for recent events. I am 62 and retired and I don’t get the stimulation of talking all day, I have noticed that since retiring, my recall words and events are much more difficult for me. I have not had 100% improvement, but I have had marked improvement.

I bought this product because I have terrible brain fog from my other health conditions. I felt/feel desperate for something to lend me more mental clarity. After doing some minor product and company research, I landed on this brand as one of reputed quality. However, when I began taking it, I experienced overwhelming exhaustion, so much that most of the time, I had no choice but to sleep it off. I was puzzled. So I stopped taking it, and the pronounced exhaustion stopped. I started taking it again, just to see if my reaction would change, but the severe fatigue came back. Again, I quit taking it, and I gave myself a gap of about a month without any in my system. Then I tried it again, and again I had horrible exhaustion that I simply couldn’t cope with. What a waste and disappointment. I’m sure it doesn’t react with everyone’s brain chemistry this way because some people seem to have great results. I didn’t. But I didn’t want to rate less than three stars because I still feel certain that this is quality Lion’s Mane, processed and packaged in a way that seems to put them above their competition.

I have been taking this for several months and I plan on keeping these mushrooms a part of my morning routine. I found my memory much improved after about a month—words are easier to recall and I feel sharper. Additionally, my reflexes are a tiny bit improved. These are pricey but worth it.
