Product arrived earlier than anticipated and was fairly easy to install. It took about 45 minutes from beginning to having it in place and working. There was slight cracking of the paint where the joints came together in the top front of the mantel piece. Put some paint caulking in the cracks and you can't even tell there was any cracking. One review I read said that our tv remote control may interfere with the fireplace remote...and it does. But its not really a big deal. Overall we are very pleased with this product and would recommend it highly. Its the perfect size for our living room and fits nicely in the space we have. Shipping was quick. Came in 2 boxes. One for the fireplace itself and one for the fireplace insert. Assembled by myself within 2 hours. Was skeptical due to some of the reviews but I think it’s beautiful, sturdy, and overall just a great quality. I like how the remote has a timer functionality on it so I can put it on before bed and then forget about it. The media could not be loaded. I love this fireplace, the timer is awesome it is beautiful, heats the room well and creats a display shelf in the corner of my room. I have had it for a couple of months now and could not be more pleased with my purchase.

Excellent fireplace. Has the largest firebox of any electric fireplaces I've seen. Excellent quality. The only one I've seen that is truly built just for a corner. The flame looks excellent. Nice that is electric because you can run no matter what the temperature is.

Ordered the item. Came to us cracked bad in many spots. Took over a month to get the piece replaced. Company kept delaying and delaying. Didn’t get it by Christmas although ordered a month earlier. Remote control has to be disabled because TV remote turns on fireplace. Manual was of no help.

We bought this 4 months ago and because of renovation delays our contractor was unable to fit it until the other day. I could not believe how poorly finished the fire surround was. I contacted the company, but they will not help because of the delay. This was not cheap so I’m very annoyed. My contractor, at a cost, will have to repaint it.
