We love it! Not hard to put together, heats well annd looks so pretty! Only issue we had was it was too heavy! We had to secure it to the wall for safety! It comes with an anti topple wire to secure to back but it would still be able to come away from wall a few inches. You will want to get some good anchors to secure it properly! ... show more

The size of the fireplace is nice and large it fit our space perfectly! It also seems to be built well however, the heating element does not produce much heat.

The media could not be loaded. I waited a year and a half to write this review and i still give it a 5/5 stars! This is just a gorgeous fireplace all around. People ways think its part of the house. Included a picture for color. It came in two boxes if i remember correctly, super easy to put together, one person job without issue. My favorite aspect has been the ability to run the flames without heat which gives off such a nice visual. The heat it puts out is good, i just didnt like my electric bill when i was running it a lot but it doesnt use a lot of electricity when its on just flames. ... show more

Edited to add: the company sent me 4 replacement parts for the broken ones I received. We got it put together in lass than an hour and it works great! Looks even better than what we had there. I’m keeping it at 4 stars, because we felt the broken pieces should’ve been caught before shipping. Customer service was fantastic and worked hard to make sure we got the replacement pieces quickly. The boxes arrived in excellent condition. However we have 4 broken pieces, which were clearly packaged up broken. Pieces #3, #4, #9, #1 are broken and I’m not sure can be used in the condition they are in. 3 are assembly pieces, one is the mantle piece. For a $900 purchase, this is disappointing. The pieces are not solid wood, but more of a pressed wood product that you can see in the pictures. We were unable to assemble it in the condition the parts arrived in. I reached out to the company. We will see if they send replacement parts. I seriously question the integrity of the pieces as they are to support the very heavy firebox. I will update my review after hearing from company and attempt to assemble. ... show more

Updated 4/6/24.. well i still like it But the bottom bricks cracked. So i took away 2 stars. Very disappointed. Will try to patch with caulk and hope for the best. Exactly what we wanted. Packaging great, no dings or knicks in any parts. All parts there and labeled. It doesn't heat up the room as much as i thought it would, but overall still happy with purchase. FYI, Amazon did up the price after we reviewed product and then went back next day to purchase. Still cheaper than direct website though. ... show more

It’s beautiful! Took me and my husband less than an hour to put together. You need to know that you have to secure to the wall as it is front heavy. It comes with kit to do so.
