Shopped for a year and picked the winner! 🔥
The media could not be loaded. I bought my condo nearly 3 years ago and debated on several options for an electric fireplace. I shopped at Costco, Buck Stove, wayfair, Amazon and elsewhere. I knew I wanted a realistic looking firebox that could heat a large living room with vaulted ceilings. I needed it to be larger than average. I finally decided on this one and I am SO glad I did! BEST costumer service (bottom piece arrived cracked and company quickly replaced at no charge), easy to assemble (I did it myself- I’m a 54yo woman), I just needed a drill bit I didn’t have to screw the firebox into the mantle, so a man helped do that last part for me. I love the colors options for the flames, the heat it puts out is quite impressive and the sound sounds like a fan. Not silent, but not intrusive. I light a candle that makes cracking sounds and it dulls the fan noise. It adds a ton of ambiance to the room and I I truly highly recommend it!

LOVE IT!!!
This product arrived in two packages - one of the fire box and one for the mantle. Originally it said delivered and I was missing package 1/2 but then it came the next day. I can’t speak on how difficult it was to put together as I had someone do it for me but I love it! I get a lot of compliments on it. It puts out good heat, you can change the color of the flame, how dim the flame is, how hot the heater gets, etc.

Great addition to the room.
What a great addition to our basement entertainment space. We were a little concerned about the size. But after taking many measurements and looking for what seemed like days, we "settled" on this fireplace. It is exactly what we needed. We love the wide firebox. The mantel is exactly the right height. And it was relatively easy to build. We are very satisfied and look forward to using it this winter to help knock the cold out of the air in the basement. We have only had it for about a month, so we will see how well it holds up over the winter months. But, so far we are very satisfied and it seems worth every penny we spent.

AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!
I never really write reviews but after getting this, I just HAD to! I got this fire place to cover the one that came with my apartment. (I posted a picture of the original fireplace, along with the photos of the new fireplace and mantle) The original one is a true wood burning fireplace but it was completely off center and threw off the room in my opinion. Also I have a cat and she has a bad habit of crawling into small spaces, including into the actual fire place itself. However, this electric fireplace has changed EVERTHING! It was fully able to cover the old fire place, and hide the ugly wires from my TV and gaming console. And The entire vibe of the room feels a lot more elevated. Also, it is warm enough to heat my living room, dining room, and even the kitchen, and the price point I bought it at was definitely worth it! The only issues I found were minor paint chipping from when it was in transit at the corners at the top of the mantle and at the base of the black wood frame. (Pictures posted above). I think maybe it should be put together by at least two people, but I managed to put it together all by myself. It was a struggle because the pieces are so heavy, but I got it done in two hours! The instructions were easy to read and simple! No screws, nuts or bolts missing, but you will need a power drill in order to drill the securing screws for the heater part into the mantle frame as there are no holes for them. Overall, 9/10 for color, quality, and quick delivery. The wood was also solid. Not made of cheap particle board or anything. 1/10 for the damaged parts.

Love it!
This fireplace really brings our space to life. I enjoy the white flame on the lowest light setting as show in the picture. It has different color settings and brightness so everyone can enjoy. The remote makes it very easy to control settings. The heating/warmth it gives off, is adequate for the size. We live in AZ and do not need it for the warming factor it is more for aesthetic purposes. Putting it together I believe was pretty easy, my husband was only in the room for an hour and I heard minimal words of confusion when reading the directions and he didn’t take any breaks, plus he said he would do it again! Oh and he only needed help when securing the electric fireplace. So that to me means easy set up. It is heavy to move which to me means quality. The logs and flame may not look real but that’s because they aren’t. I recommend this to everyone!

Beautiful fireplace!
It arrived in perfect condition and was easy to put together in about an hour. After ordering I found out about "not putting furniture closer than 3 feet of the fireplace". I contacted the manufacturing company and they said there shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't use the heat. which I wasn't planning on using anyway. I'm also planning on painting it a beige color to go better with my furniture, again should be no problem as long as no heat is used. To me, the flame is pretty realistic, but I will be investing in a flame crackle machine to add to its realism. Very nice, couldn't be happier with my purchase, definitely a 5 star purchase.
