I’ve wanted a fireplace mantel forever! I researched for a good while before deciding on this beautiful fireplace. I wanted something that was a main focal point, a lot of the other mantels I looked at were very small but this beauty is big, heavy and solid. I love that you have different flame colors, it comes with a remote which is very convenient and very user friendly. It heats our room fast and we have a large living room. I put this together myself and just needed help for my husband put the shelf on (it’s very heavy!) and as other reviewers have said you need to slide the front of the shelf from the front until it slots into place. Eventually we will cut the baseboards so it’s sits more flat to the wall but I was in a hurry to get it put together lol! We get so many compliments when friends visit and ask where we purchased. Absolutely beautiful and worth the money! Very well built and easy to assemble. Make sure you have someone to help you bring the boxes in because this thing is HEAVY!!!! I love this fireplace so much that I am writing my first Amazon review in forever. I wasn't sure if buying this online would work well, such a large product seemed risky. I've wanted one forever and had a large area to fill. I'm so happy with the way the flame looks, the mantle itself and the option to heat or not use the heat. Been wanting this fireplace and glad I finally purchased. In main bedroom that is normally a little chilly during the winter and it works great. Only little complaint is the lowest setting is 71. If it was went lower to maybe 68. Would be amazing but with remote just turn off. Fireplace is heavy and comes in two boxes. Assembly can be done alone except for placing the top mantle. Had one or two little scratches but customer service was AMAZING and sent a touch up pen when asked. Now it looks perfect! Family members already trying to steal! ... show more
