Bought two. One arrived with a broken leg. The return was very speedy with no problems. Assembly was pretty easy on the first chair, but the threads on the screws that came with the second chair were painted and my husband had to sand them with steel wool to get them to screw in. The chairs are very sturdy and seem to be good quality. I was worried about them being uncomfortable because the seat was low and quite pitched. I decided to try it thinking a pillow would fit in the lower back space. My 6.3 son fits in it great, I’m 5.4 and a pillow works perfect! So yes I love them and they’re working out for me. I probably won’t leave them out for the winter even though manufacturer says you can. ... show more

These are solid, easy to build chairs. My only complaint is I ordered 2 and in the packaging one says it's a "Mountain Bluff collection Essential Adirondack Chair" and the other is an "Adirondack Collection Classic Westport Adirondack Chair" so they sent me two different chairs- super annoying. I was going to order 4 but wanted to try out 2 first, now I'm not sure what to do. Also the thought of disassembling to return is not appetizing. ... show more

We bought this chair and loved it. Then bought several more. We have had them just over 2 months and today the arm of the chair split at the nails. The chairs were very comfortable so we are very disappointed in how quickly it broke. Can't figure out a way to contact anyone to see if a replacement arm can be purchases.
