The bag itself is good, about 80lbs. Came with gloves and mounting bracket only. Luckily I work in a welding shop because the thin wall bracket isn't that great. Building a stand myself. Didn't come with jumprope like in the images.

The media could not be loaded. I install this item in my garage, very easy to do, I use the hanging method, screw directly to the wood beams, very good quality, the wall hanging looks very weak, needs improvement, I bought a new pair of Gloves, the ones that comes with it, it’s good for my daughter, but no for a wide hands man, it moves a lot when punch hard, but just buy the strap that holds it to the ground and you are set, overall satisfied with the items. ... show more
