The quality is great! My only complaint is that the box was severely damaged and had been taped over and over. I do not know if the chain was not packaged or fell out of the package throughout the delivery. But the heavy bag itself is fantastic!

The media could not be loaded. I install this item in my garage, very easy to do, I use the hanging method, screw directly to the wood beams, very good quality, the wall hanging looks very weak, needs improvement, I bought a new pair of Gloves, the ones that comes with it, it’s good for my daughter, but no for a wide hands man, it moves a lot when punch hard, but just buy the strap that holds it to the ground and you are set, overall satisfied with the items.
