I purchased this tv for a new home I moved into. I had the cable hooked up on the house and it worked great. Later in the day it became very difficult to turn on and there was only sound. It was fixed and the next morning I turned and couldn’t get picture or sound. This was a little over 24 hours

Received the TV via Amazon delivery truck, but did not set it up for about a month. The box was undamaged as was all the packing material. Hung the TV on the wall and when we turned it on, the entire screen was shattered. Amazon sent another TV and this one was perfect. Been using it about a month now with no complaints! ... show more

My daughters love their new TV. whether they're gaming or watching movies on it, it looks amazing for the price. The sound bar makes everything sound better. The only issues I had was with the install. The back panel is curved a bit so I had to add spacers to the brackets to fit. Other than that minor nuisance, we've had no issues. This item came from Canada. So therefore we had to set everything to Canada's time zone, language and everything in order to complete the set up, or else it wouldn't work. The seller should have specified these things or else we wouldn't have purchased it.

The only place you will see RCA is in this add not on the TV, the remote or owners guide.This is a second band TV. The TV failed three days after it was installed (pixel lines up and down) Returning it was a nightmare, it took four weeks to get my refund. Shame on Amazon for selling this TV under the name RCA and shame on them for making me wait a month for the refund. Do not buy this TV! ... show more
