  • Don't recommend for pre-schoolers
Color: Blue Product Packaging: Frustration-Free Packaging
The scooter doesn't go fast. That's a good, and bad thing (for us). It goes slow enough that my child is learning how to kick and balance himself on it. But too slow for him to actually go more than foot after he's kicked it to just ride it. He spends it constantly kicking. We live in the city, so everything is walking distance, he moves even slower with the scooter than he would've if he walked. He's 3 months away from turning 4. The folding feature is such a pain to use, you have to pull a great amount of force to fold. ... show more

  • A little expensive but worth it !!!
Color: Blue Product Packaging: Standard Packaging
We got this for our 2 YO daughter because she was showing a lot if interest in other kid’s scooters. I had seen most kids had Razor scooters, so we went with it. It’s too early for her to be able to use it on her own. But she likes it a lot. The scooter is not very heavy. It was easy to assemble and the instructions are plain and simple. The quality of material to make this scooter is very good and durable. Two of the best things I like about this scooter: 1. It has a very broad base which makes it easier for kids to put both feet on it. In fact currently our daughter just stands on it and I have to push her from behind. 2. Two wheels on the back side is safe and easy for the kids to balance the scooter. WHAT I DIDN’T LIKE: The vertical bar of the scooter is not adjustable, and this can be a problem for kids wo are very short or very tall. Also, the cover on the handles is some kind of soft fabric (instead of solid plastic). I am sure this will wear and tear soon. Also, its not easy to fold this scooter and takes a substantial amount of efforts to do that. In summary, this is a decent fist scooter for kids. ... show more

  • Great scooter!
Color: Blue Product Packaging: Frustration-Free Packaging
This is my 4 year old son’s first scooter. He couldn’t figure out the other style scooter 🛴 where you lean to steer it and got frustrated with a previous one purchased. I got him this one and he was zooming around on it so proud of himself while he played “police man.” The only bad thing is it isn’t height adjustable. So easy to put together too. Everything else is fantastic!! ... show more

  • Perfect for my 2 year old
Color: Pink Product Packaging: Frustration-Free Packaging
I originally got this for my 5 year old without checking out the measurements... It's a bit short for her & doesn't adjust. Luckily, I have a 2 year old that it was perfect for!

  • Great purchase! Seller not Steller.
Chose Razor Jr in anticipation that Razor would be of good quality, and the price was fine at $30. I wrapped the Amazon box it arrived in. Upon opening the present, and the box, we found the product box was quite dirty with black warehouse grime. Our fault for wrapping the Amazon? No, it should have been wiped off before being packed. This was an issue because of kids and white clothes. Just about three quick steps for assembly: remove a plastic ring on the head tube, slide the handlebar and long stem into place, replace the plastic ring which has a pin that goes through the head tube. Took about a minute and a half to figure out orientation and complete these tasks. Three and half year old has had just one chance to ride it before the weather turned cold. She had no problem figuring out the kick motion, favors one leg to the other but can do both. Has not put two feet on the scooter yet. Has not gone fast enough for lack of breaks to be an issue. Quality is good, the pink base is sturdy, and the wheel assemblies are not cheap. Two wheels in back does add stability as I had hoped. We anticipate lots of joy, and would recommend, especially at the Amazon price. ... show more

  • Solid for our 3 year old
Color: Blue Product Packaging: Frustration-Free Packaging
Overall this is a great gift this Christmas. Our boy loves it. The only downside is the steering clamp that is meant to cover the e clamp. It doesn’t. I don’t want to snap it, now it just sits loosely on the bar. Overall, not a big deal.

  • good scooter
Scooter is a very good quality kick scooter. It has a very good balance to it, Will stand alone, and only falls over if the child has not learned to steer it properly. The wheels roll easy, and it is sized nicely even for my 22 month old granddaughter who has always been in the lower part of the normal height range for her age. This scooter is also sized well enough for her to still be able to ride it probably till her 4 years old birth day if not longer. Only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was due to how easily my 22 month old granddaughter found a way to peal off the traction sticker that was supposed to provide a more stable footing along the scooter's deck. As far as I can tell that is the only poor design quality item that I have seen with the scooter. Not certain how well the wheels would hold up for a child who aggressively rides it into hard walls, but they are holding up just find for my granddaughter. ... show more

  • Doesn’t ‘scoot’
My daughter had a hard time scooting. No matter how much she pushed and even if we were going downhill, the scooter barely moved forward on it’s own. Additionally, the color faded extremely fast to a light baby pink. The handles also because scratchy and rough. I don’t recommend. Scooters with two front wheels (instead of two hind wheels) work better. ... show more
