    • I couldn't get the APP to connect, but I love it anyway
I got this little scooter for my "farm ride". We have 5 acres with many of our homestead's features "spread out", so often I don't feel like walking the 80-100 yards from point A to B. This seemed like a good option for those times. I really wish I'd remembered at the time that we have ZERO PAVEMENT. ONLY GRAVEL and GRASS. But heck, I'm the guy who often will "abuse" the heck out of a product (within reason) to see how it really does. It unpacked ridiculously easily, with practically zero setup (unfold and click-lock, plug in) and it charged quickly (using it the way I do, I haven't actually gone through a full charge in the 2-3 months I've had it!). It's fairly easy to learn to use-- I think the fact that the throttle will only kick in once you've "pushed off" is the most difficult thing about it, and it's really NOT difficult. Now, I know I left you hanging with the GRAVEL and GRASS disclaimers-- so here we go. This thing is AMAZINGLY stable on both. I regularly ride it on the driveway (large and small gravel, NOT terribly thick or slidy) and the lawns, and although the ride is bumpy enough to make my vision shake, I have not felt unsafe in any way on it. Granted, I am usually super-cautious, because I do NOT want to wipe out on gravel EVER, but I can drive over hoses, patches of "loose" gravel, etc, with no problem. Even on a grassy lawn, it's bumpy, but very doable for the short distances I ride. Now, I did go out to the main road one day (about 1/3 mile up the main gravel street), and while that ride was relatively long and jarring, once out on the pavement..... WOW, this is how you're SUPPOSED to use this thing! It easily gets up to speed and is just SO MUCH FUN! The one negative I have is the APP feature-- it asks for a password, which isn't provided, nor could I find online at the time-- but honestly this is a MUST MISS feature for me-- I couldn't care less about it, so no stars lost. I don't really know a whole lot about scooters like these, but I do know the Razor name, and it's also pretty clear that this scooter is really well designed and made. Amazing scooter. Super-fast, fun, and to be honest - I get scared to ride it already at 10 MPH, and at 20 MPH - this is a life-changing ride!! Battery lasts for a very long time. The only issue we had initially while pairing with the app. For some reason it was requesting a pairing code, which we couldn't find in the documentation. Trying 0000 or 000000, and one of them worked like a charm. Overall it's a good scooter for kids big and small. Both my 10 year old, and me 4x-something - we love our new scooter so much!! If I was able to commute to work on that, that would've been super-nice. It's pretty much a full-sized adult "commuter" scooter. Definitely not in any way worse than the scooters you'd typically rent thru the rideshare apps. It's well-built. It's blazing fast. And it's a Razor - very reputable brand. Battery holds enough charge to ride it on local roads to a different city and back, over 20+ miles. I would highly recommend it. And my hope to get a chance to borrow it from my son to ride it more often. Presently it's pretty much booked by the younger generation every sunny weekend. Five stars! ... show more

This “Razor C45 Electric Scooter” is amazing. It is well-made and super fast, when you put it into sport mode. Assembly didn’t take long, nor was it difficult, and the battery fully charges while it’s plugged in overnight. The scooter has a digital display, which helps you keep track of the battery life, cruising speed, etc., and it has LED front and rear taillights. The scooter even has cruise control, comes with a kickstand, and folds up neatly for transport, or storage. The larger front tire needs to be inflated upon arrival, but the rear tire is smaller and airless, which helps give a smoother ride... To get this amazing scooter started, you need to push off and gain a speed of 3MPH before the motor engages. I’ll have to admit that on the first try, I had my finger pushed down on the gear and the scooter zipped off like a bullet—thank goodness for the handlebars…. This is an adult scooter, and not for children. I would not recommend it for older people, who have balance issues… This foldable, compact scooter would be great for commuters, and it would be fun to take camping for zipping around campgrounds, or when out seeing the sights. Fast. Power to climb hills. Folds for compact storage or transport. Well made, you can see and feel the quality throughout. Battery charges relatively fast considering its size. This feels like a well made scooter. It was very easy to set up, charges fairly quickly (6 hours to full charge), and accelerates quickly. I will say be sure to read the instructions as the scooter comes with a factory setting that limits it to 10 mph. You have to switch it to reach the full speed potential of the scooter. ... show more
