  • Smooth Ride and Durable – Perfect Scooter for Kids!
Color: Blue Style: Scooter
The Razor A5 Lux Kick Scooter is fantastic! The 8” urethane wheels provide a smooth, stable ride on different surfaces, making it great for both beginners and more experienced riders. The anodized finish with bold colors and graphics looks super cool and holds up well against scratches. It’s sturdy enough to support riders up to 220 lbs, so it’s perfect for kids 8 and up—and even teens can enjoy it. The adjustable handlebars make it easy to customize for a comfortable ride, and the foldable design makes it convenient to carry and store. Overall, this scooter offers great value, quality, and style. Highly recommend for active kids who love to scoot around! ... show more

  • Love this scooter!
Color: Orange (New Light-Up) Style: Scooter
Love this razor scooter! The larger wheels makes going over uneven terrain easier. The adjustable height makes it both assessable to my child AND myself! Was this a gift for them, or me? Maybe me...Very sturdy, easy to collapse and compact enough to bring on in car and wagon.

  • Quality Fun Scooter for Everyone!
Color: Blue Style: Scooter
I always had Razor scooters as a kid so I was hoping the brand still made quality products, and guess what? They absolutely do! I bought this as a birthday present for a 7 year old boy, he absolutely loves it, the larger wheels allows for him to not need to worry about hitting the bumps and cracks in the sidwalk as much. The scooter feels solidly built, the locking mechanism is smooth and has never come unhooked when it's not meant to. I'm thinking about buying a couple more of these, one for myself and another for his mom so we can ride around the park in style! ... show more

  • Not really good for commuting
Color: Blue Style: Scooter
I'm an adult and I just moved to a city. I bought this scooter to commute. I have to say, it would be GREAT to spoil an (older) kid with, but it isn't so great for commuting. Disclaimer: I had it for a day and didn't ride it very far before getting tired of it. The good: - It feels very solid -It's easy to fold and unfold, and it all clicks into place nicely -It rolls pretty well, it doesn't lose much speed on smooth roads -The brake works well The bad: First, the kickstand. It tucks under the platform, and you can't "kick" it out, you'll need to use your hands to put it down. Also, it's a little more challenging than I expected to get it to stay standing up with the kickstand. You need to be very careful about leaning it over, or else it won't balance on the kickstand and it'll tip over anyway. Second, I don't know what the other reviews were talking about when they said it was a smooth ride. This is a Razor scooter, and while it is slightly better than the scooter I had decades ago as a child, it still rides and feels the same. If you're riding on a smooth, freshly paved road, it's great. If the road is even a little cracked or bumpy, you will feel every bump and start losing speed quickly. I tried riding it a couple of blocks to the grocery store, but I had to turn around because at that point it wasn't much better than walking. All in all, if you have an older kid you want to buy a scooter for, this would be GREAT. It's solidly put together, easy to fold and unfold, and you can get some pretty good speed. It's not a great scooter to commute because you can feel every little bump in the road and it'll lose a lot of speed on the older, rougher roads. And yes, I did accidentally clobber my ankle with it like the good old days. ... show more

  • Fun and practical transportation for (playful active) adults
Color: Blue Style: Scooter
This thing is a lot of fun. I'm an adult and I use it to shorten a 40 minute walk. I can do it in about 1/3 of the time on this scooter. I've rolled hundreds of miles on this thing and it's holding up quite well. I weigh 150 lbs and I carry a backpack that weighs between 35 & 60 lbs. So on the average day, I've got around 200 lbs rolling along on this thing. I wear a helmet because you can easily get up to 25 MPH on this thing going down a hill. On the flats, it'll do a solid 10+ MPH. Going uphill is a lot of work. Usually I just sling it over my shoulder and walk when hills are steep. If you live where it rains a lot, the rear brake doesn't work well if there's any moisture. In some cases, it feels like it doesn't do anything. But if it's dry outside, it does a reasonable job of slowing and stopping the scooter. It folds up in about 3 - 5 seconds. I can chase a bus on this thing and collapse it while I'm on the run, board and ride. I'm pretty sure I look quite silly on this thing but that's okay. It reminds me of being a kid, it's that fun. I ran it over some gravel one day and much to my surprise, it kept rolling. The gravel wasn't loose and the scooter slowed down quite a bit but it didn't stop the thing. I've probably ridden this thing 200 miles or more. The front wheel looks almost new and the rear wheel has lost a little bit of tread but not much. It rattles quite a bit when I'm just pushing it but once I put my weight on it, it rolls along solidly. I wouldn't hesitate to buy one of these for a kid -- it would absolutely hold up to that. My only concern would be that the kid should be old enough to be responsible going the speeds you can get on the downhill with this thing. A helmet is a good idea. Would I buy one of these again? Absolutely. This thing has paid for itself several times over. Cheaper than taking a cab and a lot more fun. Good exercise too! ... show more

  • Quality scooter
Color: Blue Style: Scooter
Great scooter. 9 yo son loves it and uses it to come along with me every day when I walk the dogs. I love that he actually has to exert effort to use it, so he gets exercise, unlike motorized options.
