It’s a great starting microphone from Razer. With a simple mute button that also doubles as a microphone volume control using double and triple tap, it is a super sleek microphone that matches my setup. Things I like about it: - It is small and sleek, meaning it has minimal lighting and a non-intrusive capacitive button on the top. - It can be portable, and uses usb-c, meaning it can be used with other cables that aren’t Razer branded. - Good audio quality for the price compared to other Razer Seiren microphones. Things I dislike: - The capacitive button doesn’t provide instant feedback, and only shows using the small LED on the front, which usually takes a second for a tap to register. - No LED lighting, which can be either a good or bad thing for your setup. - As of 11/2/24, it does not work with Razer Synapse 4 beta. works well but be careful on discord it might cut your voice out, change your settings to auto detect voice input and it should work for u. if u have bg noise it might pick up js keep that in mind. the mute button is tap to mute js dont press it hard or the mic will pick it up!

I have had this Razer Seiren V3 mini for a couple months now. It works great and is crystal clear. However, I recommend getting some sort of mic stand/swivel to put this on. This mic has to be pretty close to your mouth for your voice to be received well. I use this mic for gaming and do not do any streaming or anything. It is perfect if you want to have separate headphones & mic setup. It is INCREDIBLY small which is its greatest feature. The USB-C cord that this comes with is far too short for anything in my opinion. Look at replacing the USB-C cord with a longer one OR getting a USB extender (I recommend 10'). I went the extender route and it works great. If you want to put this right on your desk, you might be OK. However if you are going to put this on a swivel or stand you will absolutely need to pick up a longer cord or extender! On the note of swivels/stands - one minor annoyance is that for some reason, it has a hard time screwing into swivel/stands. The thread design that Razer uses might be proprietary or something. My mic does screw in, but it isn't secure and it will fall off if I mess around with the mic too much. I used the proper adapters, it seems to be something with Razer threads. All in all, If you want to use this for streaming - I would say upgrade to something more streamer friendly. This won't cut it for you. However, if you just want a desk mic to chat with buddies while gaming or to use during work, this is perfect for you. But make sure to get a USB extender! You will thank me later! ... show more

My daughter loves the easy assembly, mix quality is great and the tap to mute functionality is definitely a plus for her. It's comfortable for her to use, decently priced for the quality and it picks up every sound without annoying background noise. It's also very lightweight and doesn't feel too heavy. I like to make musical recordings for fun, I must say this mic fits my needs perfectly! It also fits the aesthetic of my setup. Razer just makes really good products in my opinion, I wish this mini was RGB and that would break the scale.

I was about to buy the Seiren X when I saw this Mini which seemed to have better reviews for a cheaper price and man am I glad I did that. This mic is perfect compact size that will fit any desk. You can also purchase a shield or windscreens if necessary. The sound quality is really really good. I'm thinking of recording some music audio with it to test out how far i can push it, but for now I'm happy to be streaming and knowing that my voice is coming across crystal clear.
