  • Orochi v2 versus G305
Color: White
I have been searching for the right mouse and thus far have tried the G305, Glorious model D, Razer viper ultimate, and finally the Orochi. All these mice are premium and well made. Out of the mice I have tried, the G305 and Orochi v2 fit me the best. I have relatively smaller hands and I find it very comfortable to palm grip and finger grip the orochi. It’s very light weight and has low friction glides. It’s body is slightly wider than the G305 as well as being a bit shorter and a more pronounced hump near the center. Both the G305 and the Orochi v2 perform fantastically with great weight, glides, sensors, and size. While these two mice look the same at first glance, the Orochi provides a nice curve where your thumb naturally tends to rest and helps keep the side buttons accessible while the G305 is truly symmetrical in shape and I found my thumb drifting away from the side buttons often. The G305 lends itself better to fingertip or claw grip styles while the orochi may accommodate palm grip with smaller hands like mine. Overall the choice for either is a great value and for me came down to the orochi being a bit lighter and more comfortable to use but it does cost nearly double the G305. Razer has produced a mouse that feels like the next generation of refinement on Logitech’s beloved G305. ... show more

  • Simple and efficient - Beautiful mouse with an amazing shape.
Color: White
I was pretty skeptical when this was announced. I've been using the Razer Viper Ultimate as my primary mouse for the longest time and didn't really see anything topping it. I was also worried about wobble since some had issues with uneven feet. My unit has no wobble, no creaks, no scratchiness and the shape is awesome! It nestles right in my palm perfectly. With stock lithium battery provided (AA) comes in at 72g and 65 g with AAA lithium. On the same scale the RVU weighs in at 77 and modded wireless viper mini at 67g. Razer did it again. ... show more

  • JUST WOW!
Color: White
I’ve been through almost every gaming mouse you can think of. I prefer this over the g pro superlight hands down. Great shape for finger tip, claw and even palm. Love it

  • Best mouse I've had in a long time!
Color: White
I am on my computer often (hours a day for work and play). I gamed for decades and always had the best mice. But, the last year few years I haven't gamed much and had been using something not so great. I play a game here or there again and decided I wanted something great again. I want a mouse that will last many years (something that you have to put batteries into / not rechargeable), that is fairly small and light (which I've always preferred), has no fancy lights, long battery life, responsive & accurate, and good quality / feel. This clicks all the boxes! It allows you to use a AA or a AAA; only one at a time, do not insert both. The AAA option is for the lightest weight. I admit I haven't used that option. I want the longevity of the AA over the AAA (usually rechargeable AAA's are under 1000mah, and AA's are over 2000mah - so you get 2 to 3 times more battery life with the AA). I use rechargeable batteries in everything; however, the first battery I used in this mouse is an Energizer lithium. I want to see how long it lasts with a normal high quality battery (so far, 30 days with ~7 hours of computer use a day. I never turn the mouse off, it is always switched to 2.4 and turned on when I am away from computer). With the AA the feel and balance is great. One of best feeling mice I have used. Has plenty of buttons for my uses. Extreme gamers may want more. I barely use the few extra it has. The buttons all feel good and sturdy. They should last, I hope. It looks classy, I have the white color. I like that is has both bluetooth and 2.4 modes. The 2.4 mode will give you the best performance. However, it will also cut the battery life! The bluetooth mode will give you a ton more battery life; however, you will lack some performance. I have not tested bluetooth mode at all yet, I wanted to test the mouse fully with this first battery before doing that. In the future, I may switch between bluetooth mode and 2.4 mode when I switch from normal computing to gaming. I only game say, 1 out of 7 hours I am on the computer. So, that is a potential benefit. I also like it has the bluetooth in case I want to take it anywhere for work computing, with a laptop or tablet. Then, I can leave the 2.4 usb card in my desktop at home, and still have a great mouse for on the go. When I bring it home, it's all ready again. Overall I am very happy with it after having it for a month now and using it daily. I hope it lasts for years. *Update. My mouse battery finally died for the first time on March 27, 2022. It was working perfect, then suddenly the cursor stopped moving. It lasted about 2.5 months with an Energizer Lithium (2.4ghz whole time, mouse never turned off). Not bad! I assume a good rechargeable (Eneloop) will give me at least 2 months (and with rechargeable batteries, I will just replace every 2 months (maybe even every month), just so I know my mouse will never stop working when I need it)). ... show more

  • my dream mouse!
Color: White
I tested out 3 other mice before I felt this to be the BEST mouse for me. I tried the mm720, mm730 and Katar Pro personally and even tried a friends Kone Pro Air and Glorious Model O. The mouse is really fantastic in every important category. Weight (73 grams with included battery, but can use a AAA if you want a lower weight), crispy clicks from the v2 mechanical switches, quiet and tactile scroll wheel, crispy side buttons, perfect matte coating (I got the white version), very nice stock PTFE glides, stellar battery life, adjustable lift off distance, 1000hz polling rate, top grade sensor. BUT the size is really the killer feature. If you use a relaxed claw or fingertip grip as a wrist aimer THIS is hands down the best mouse for that. It's perfectly small and well weighted to easily control with fingertips. Having it short allows you to move it more easily towards the back of your palm for extra tracking area. I will say, I HIGHLY recommend buying the 3rd party glass glides from SuperGlide (they are the green ones with the fangs). I never used glass glides before but they take this guy to another level, making the 73 grams weight 'feel' lighter. That said, the stock glides are quite good if you dont swap them. ... show more
