Day 1 review. Chair came very quick. Packaging was top notch. A single Allen wrench for fasteners which had a t-style grip making assembly very easy. Chair is very heavy duty and quite comfortable. I prefer a stiffer more supportive chair and this fits the bill. Chair feels incredibly sturdy with a large base that doesn't leave me feeling like I'll ever tip it. I did install rollerblade style casters taken from my broken gaming chair, and did not even open the package for the included casters so no opinion on them, but they do look pretty hefty. I will update review if there is a change in my opinion, but so far the chair is well worth the cost. ***more than 3 months in and this chair a life saver. comfortability hasnt lessened at all. the build is quite good, and Im unfortunately in the chair for 8-10 hours a day really putting this chair to the test.*** ... show more

as I'm getting older I want to treat myself right as much as possible. As I spend a lot of time at my desk whether I'm gaming or for business, I figured I might as well be comfortable and have good support. Of course a premium office chair is expensive and I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, after thinking about it for a few days I took the plunge and all I can say is "JUST GET IT". when I received the delivery and opened the box I knew this was a much more premium chair than I'm used to, very nice packaging and instructions as with most RAZER products. if you have been of the fence because your desk chair is falling apart and you want a new one, this one is a winner. for $399 I have to say I'm satisfied SO FAR... I'm 6'1" 190lbs and it fit's me just right and it was very easy to assemble ... show more

This chair is comfortable, sturdy, and looks good. It is easy to build / easy to use. the only reason I returned it is I ran into quality issues with the knee tilt mechanism having a cracked dust cover and it would make noise when hardly moving. But if you get a good unit I think this could be a great chair. Last note, this is not a good chair for cross leg sitting, more so if you are tall. ... show more

This chair was a birthday gift for my son who is obsessed with video games. He wanted a new desk chair and after much research, I bought the Razer Enki model. The first chair arrived in a box that had a large hole in it. Sure enough, half way through the assembly we discovered a crack in one of the arm’s framing. My son was so disappointed. I quickly reordered a new one and it arrived earlier than expected. The replacement Enki was in perfect condition. We were able to assemble it rather quickly and my son was more than eager to test it out. After a couple of hours of gaming, my son reported back that he loves the chair. His only complaint is with regards of the little neck pillow. The design of the pillow’s strap only allows the user to attach it in one position on the chair and it’s very uncomfortable. Other than that, we feel that the Enki is well made and should last for years to come. I was looking for a chair that can withstand regular use because my son is using it for gaming and schoolwork. Many desk chairs on the market have horrible reviews regarding the lifespan of the chair with regular use. I didn’t want to spend $100-200 on a chair that would break within a year. I just returned a different brand's gaming chair after 3 days of use and ordered the Razer Enki. It took all of 10 minutes to have it put together (the other brand took a good 30 minutes). This chair is very supportive for my lower back and comfortable. I don't typically leave reviews, but this chair is well worth the money. I am 6' and 200 lbs, and finally have a chair that feels sturdy enough to support me, but comfortable enough to work for hours in. I previously had a Corsair Road Warrior before I had to upgrade, and this chair beats it by a mile. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I rarely give reviews but this was worth one. This chair is far from cheaply made. Very solid, very comfortable and has a slightly firm feel to it as far as cushioning goes. I have lower back issues and this built in lumbar is top notch. It reclines far enough back to the point you could take a nap or even fall asleep. The 4D armrests are excellent. If I had to make a complaint it would only be that I wish the armrest were a little softer and that's it. They are more on the firm side. The chair is also heavy and had a ship weight of 60+ lbs.
