For context, I've never been a fan of Razer. Their products always seemed gimmicky and hyper fixated on gaming culture with flashy features, cheaply made, poorly QC'd products. I'd always been a Logitech fan with the MX518, G9X (logitech please bring this back), and the newer line of G300's, G502's, etc. In more recent years, I've moved towards the chinese brands such as Attack Shark and Zaopin. Well, having no problems with my stock of mice, I've been looking for a fuller palm grip lightweight mouse that has no creaking or cheap feeling. I also wanted to avoid rubberized coatings, as those inevitably wear off, sometimes quickly, leading to a gummy mess while trying to clean the outer shell. So a matte coating that wasn't prone to quickly shining over was preferred also. DAV3 fit the bill of what I was looking for exactly. Its my currently daily driver for most tasks. Blender work, casual browsing, moba and casual non-FPS gaming. Its just great overall and I genuinely have zero complaints with the fit, build quality, and software. The ONLY thing I wish is that the package came with fitted grip tape out of the box. The chinese brands above will usually contain their own tape.. Its not much of a hassle to cut out my own, but including grip tapes would make this the easiest recommend in the world. But for a large palm grip, it's really fantastic as is.

Slightly larger than my previous mouse but I got used to it. My previous mouse had a 60 million click lifespan and it started to get double click issues after around 5 years. This one says it has 90 million clicks so hopefully this lasts ~7.5 years. I was having an issue where my mouse would disconnect for like 2 seconds when I tapped the cable. Driver updates fixed it but this doesn't seem like an issue that drivers would fix? I'll update this review if the issue comes back but this really sounds more like a cable hardware issue than a driver issue...

I almost gave up on this mouse, but all I had to do was change USB ports. With that being said its a great mouse, just make sure to change the feet if you're interested in playing shooters where you need more control or speed!

Please Razer change your packaging. It’s terrible. You have to be so lucky to get one that doesn’t have either the stress connector bent, the cord messed up or both causing connection issues. And if you don’t get issues right away they will happen after some time. This is the only mouse I have found that is the perfect shape for me and it sucks having to go through so many before you get a non defective one. Thank god for Amazons amazing return policy though. Edit: I’m so fed up on trying to get one that’s not messed up. I don’t know what to do, this is the only mouse shape I have found that works for me. Also looks like Amazon is going to take up to 30 days now to refund me after I send this last one I got back so I take it back on their return policy being good. Idk maybe they’re getting tired of me sending these back. Not my fault when there is an inherent design flaw of the packaging that messes the cable up. Edit 2: This has got to be some sort of joke, tried once again and it’s even worse. My last 2 photos are of the one I just received. Do not buy this mouse at least not from Amazon. I’m going to see if I can get ahold of someone on twitter or Reddit and see what they can do for me

I struggled to find a large gaming mouse that was also light until I came across this one. It feels very ergonomic and uses high quality materials; it doesn’t creak when you squeeze it and the material feels very smooth. If you are looking for a high end, large, and light gaming mouse, this is the only choice for you.
