I flew it without the wheels because our field is grass. Tossed out of my hand with the recommended 450 mah 4S battery and it was a great beginning. After a lap around the field I took off the safe to do a final trimming and it was minimal the trimming I had to do. I was very fast at 75% throttle but after two minutes I cut the speed by 50%. After 3 1/2 minutes it was time to do a belly land and it was predictable. My second flight was with a 850 mah 3S battery but it was a little heavy and not as agile. It flew 6 minutes but it flies better with the 450 mah 4S. I'm ordering a second 450 mah battery. Very nice and easy plane to fly. Well done E-Flite. ... show more

Plane would not take off and when it finally did, no control. nor did it ever fly. So sad 😞!

    • Its fast and difficult to see.
Flies good and it's a miracle of engineering that this little jet flies as good and as stabally as it does. Only real downside is its very difficult to track as the silver color makes it difficult to tell orientation.

    • Don't waste your money on this one.
I've been flying for 20+ years. I was not impressed with this model and would warn others to not waste the money on this one.

    • Flies great but no room for error on the rudder
This thing is beautiful, durable and fast but be careful of the rudder in a turn. It drops a wing and it happens quickly. I don’t care how much altitude you have, if your out of safe mode and you drop a wing this thing is toast
