These containers can extend the refrigerator life of berries for a week or more. We put the strawberries in a bowl of water with apple cider vinegar and let them soak for 15-20 minutes. then rinse the berries with fresh water and lay them out on paper towels to dry for another 15 minutes then put the berries in the right size container. The containers have inserts that are perforated like a colander to keep the berries from sitting in any water or berry juice. We have enjoyed using these containers. My soaking instructions work for blueberries, too. Do not soak raspberries or blackberries as they will absorb the water and drastically deteriorate quickly.

Ive had these for 1 week. I received them last Sunday, got a bunch of fruit from Sam's club. Washed and soaked in a water/ baking soda mix. Put them all in these containers and not one piece of moldy fruit. Today is Saturday and everything still looks great. I would have at least thrown the strawberries away by now because they always mold the fastest. I've been very happy with my purchase. Before and after photos attached.

I ♥️♥️♥️ these!!! Are so great to keep fruit fresher for longer. I put a paper towel in with it and it does the trick of absorbing the moisture. Put one under the strainer part and one on top of the fruit before you close it. It kept my blueberries fresh for 3 weeks. Change towel when it gets wet.
