We all know the lack of chlorine this year was an issue. My water never was murky we had multiple people using our pool there were no skin issues no burning eyes no issues whatsoever with anyone feeling that the pH could have been off neutral. Yet this heater’s Quality failed us within one year of being used. We replaced a heater that we used for 19 years. And yes it’s heater core failed. But I think that’s reasonable. The quality engineering on this product is substandard. I am highly skeptical if they will stand behind the materials they use and replace the part for me I will update this if they have a quality department that will stand behind Their manufacturing and engineering. ... show more
