If you want this product to just hold something, like maybe some papers down on a desk, it works fine, but when you actually try and use it as a VISE and do some work on a part it will break immediately.

I bought this for my grand father. At first, he said it was the best vice he has ever had until it broke within the first month of using it. He said he wasn’t doing anything too serious to cause it to break. Does anyone know a way to reach out to the one selling these?
