If you have a Gravitrax day, you'll want the scoop. One of the things that make tacos more interesting is being able to get the balls going back up (so they can go back down again). It’s great, my kids have really been enjoying it. They love the versatility in the building and how well everything works together. My only comment is that the bottom bases would probably be better of being something other than hard cardboard. The rest of the bricks are plastic with metal balls. The bases work perfectly, I’m just concerned that in the future they will become worn or accidentally get bent and won’t work anymore to hold everything in place. I thought we'd be fetching his marbles from under the couch, but it's actually 100% predictable when paired with the scoop accessory. And the kid loves it.
