We’ve bought this soap multiple times now and it has become one of our regular household purchases. I really like getting the big refill because we can just refill the soap dispensers around the house instead of constantly buying smaller bottles.The soap cleans well, rinses off easily and doesn’t leave our hands feeling overly dry after washing. With kids and everyone washing their hands throughout the day, we go through soap pretty quickly, so having a large container like this is really convenient and lasts us a good amount of time.We’ve tried plenty of different hand soaps but keep coming back to this one. Update: I’m modifying my previous review to 1 star with good reasons. I didn’t notice this the first time but this time I did. I noted that there is a substantial amount of empty space at the top of the container. That means I’m not getting 128 oz. I paid for. This is cheating the consumer. I understand that a minimum amount of space is allowed on most products and that there’s “settling” but this is unacceptable. It’s called fleecing the consumer. Consumers don’t even realize they are being duped when the manufacturer is charging full price but packaging a portion less. If a company says it’s “128 oz” then that’s what it should be, nothing less. If they’re going to sell a partial bottle in a gallon container then only charge what’s actually in the container, nothing more. I can’t accurately quantify the amount reduced but I guesstimate it’s about 6-8 oz. Now that I see the truth, I won’t be buying this again. Poor business practices. Photos attached. ... show more
