The media could not be loaded. These are sturdy pieces of patio furniture. Great value for the price. Not all the boxes came at once but was told that the shipment was complete. After a day and a minor meltdown the final box came complete with the rest of the parts. This build is much easier with 2 people. It took several hours to build. There are A LOT of screws. Love the set it’s very stylish. Hopefully it’s really HDPE and it will last on a very sunny deck. The cushions are thicker and more comfortable than our previous set. The only negative is that several of the pieces are not squared correctly and several of the holes don’t line up. They aren’t off by a few millimeters but by as much as a half an inch. Fortunately they aren’t visible and the one or two that were hopeless aren’t load bearing. One just has to leave them out. ... show more

Arrived in great condition . Fairly easy to assemble. Appears to be very good wicker quality. Cushion fabric feels strong A bit hard to get the seat cushion into the cover , but fold it as instructed. Love the look. Great price !

The people at Rattaner went above and beyond to put together exactly the set we needed for our patio. Our furniture arrived quickly (within a week), and was exactly what we wanted. It took a little while to put together, but it was worth it! I'd send a picture, but it's raining today, and the furniture is all covered by the wells fitting covers that were included at no extra charge. All together a very positive experience! ... show more

Perfect size for patio and seem, so far, to handle rain and larger people. The covers included are simple to put on. Took me an hour or so to put together with no issues at all One year Update! These chairs have been on our deck through out the winter, covered of course. They still look new and have held up perfectly. The covers do have the wear and tear so will buy stronger ones after this summer but I still give this set FIVE stars. Honestly can’t even remember the assembly process because the chairs are still the ones my guests go for! ... show more

The directions are clear, BUT I strongly suggest placing each piece and line up to assure you have the sides matched correctly. If the side is labeled B then it has to go on that indicated side. Otherwise you will end up doing it twice at the end.
