We purchased two eBikes to store in our RV to take camping. They fold in half so we will probably carry one inside and one on the back with our scooter cycle. Primary use will be riding around the RV parks and trails. The order shipped quickly and was well packed and easy to assemble. We used to ride our mountain bikes but honestly, at 65 I'd rather not work that hard pedaling. On our first test drive we were hooked and couldn't stop laughing at how much fun riding a bike could be again. There are hills everywhere around us and coasting down one hill just means struggling up the next. This bike 'levels out' the hills making every mile a comfortable pedaling experience. You glide up hills with the same effort as level terrain like you're on a rail trail. It just made us want to ride more. The gears and level of assist allow you to select the level of effort required to get around. You are still exercising but not to the point of exhaustion to travel any significant distance. I would recommend learning to ride in a parking lot until you feel comfortable with the acceleration, weight and maneuvering of the bike. It seems solid and well made, hopefully it holds up to use. The 750 W seems to be more than enough for my wife who is 120 pounds. The handle bars are a bit high and would benefit shorter people if they could be lowered more.

The bicycle arrived within a few days after ordering. the Rattan team was incredibly commuicative and helpful with all the details of arrival and set up. It came securely packed and most of the bike was pre-assembled, so it didn’t take much knowledge or time to have it all ready to go. Fully charging the battery was also easy. All reviews were accurate ! The bike works like a charm and has excellent acceleration and is solidly built. I weigh 180 pounds and am 6’1” and it showed fast response and enough power to get me up hills and around the neighborhood. The size and handling is perfect. It is also extremely easy to get off and on, and light enough to lift into my SUV. What i love most is the handling. Fast, safe, and an enjoyable ride! On and off road. 5 Stars for Rattan!!!!

I stopped riding my regular bike when we moved to an area with lots of hills. But I wanted to find a way to be able to still go on bike rides, so I did a ton of research. I considered converters and looked at various e-bikes. After months of research, I decided on the Rattan e-bike. One of the biggest reasons why I chose the Rattan 750 was the back seat. I pictured myself picking up my daughter(s) from school and going on bike rides to the park. I made the right decision because the bike is better than I expected. The Rattan is basically fully assembled out of the box. It is no ordinary bike. It is a heavy duty bike with large/thick wheels. It makes going up hills a breeze. I was flying through our streets without breaking a sweat. The back seat is perfect for my kids. While I think it is really intended for one, my two daughters (5.5 & almost 7) can easily sit there together. There are tons of YouTube videos on this bike that help you get accustomed to the bike and settings. The customer service is phenomenal as they respond to emails quickly. All in all, it is a very great bike.

I have had this bike for about 3 months and have put 300 miles on it. I absolutely love riding this bike. Although it has 5 different pedal assist modes I traditionally ride in PA Mode-2. This keeps me at around 18mph. When you stop pedaling you will be amazed at how far your bike will coast. All free energy baby. I'm basically retired and I'm not in a hurry to go anywhere so I ride more for battery longevity than speed. The 750W, 48V, 13ah battery has a great range. I have yet to drain this battery completely. This bike is extremely comfortable to ride and handles bumps well, It climbs too. Where I am I have a couple areas of steady incline. I just bump up my mode to 3 or 4 and it goes over them effortlessly. Plenty of room to add your favorite devices to the handlebars, also plenty of room for bike accessories on the frame itself. I optioned for the additional baskets, they were extra but so worth it. What I dislike.... The supplied and pre-installed headlamp is very weak. It does not have good distance for in front, you wouldn't have time to stop if you needed to. Also it it is a battery drainer. I remedied this by installing a rechargable high lume external headlght. The tires and tubes are paper thin it seems, I got a flat on my first and second ride. I remedied this by simply putting slime in my tubes. Haven't had an issue since. This bike is also foldable and compacts very nicely and is not so heavy you couldn't lift it up to put in a vehicle. All in all.. Great bike!

I wish i can give 0 stars my bike broke long time I’m buying parts from them trying to fix it my self and nothing it’s working and you will call million of times no one will answer your call you can leave thousands of voicemails and no one will ever answer your call and now that I told them I will take action against them they block me from a number that they were texting me so please don’t buy anything from this company all you will do it’s spend your money and they will never help you and they will never answer you please spend your money somewhere that they value Costumers so disappointed ☹️ I will take action against this company what they do it’s not professional.
