    • Good, but Expensive.
Fairly robust tablet holder. I would not say overbuilt, but tough enough for many demand situations. Ram Mounts recommended this model for my 2016 Tab A 10.1. I would not, and I am a little regretted. This holder is for 4:3 aspect ratio tablets. The Tab A 10.1 is 16:9. It will work for me, but it is not ideal. It does hold well and I have it setup with a 1.5" ball system. I have no doubt this will last for years in my use. I bought the Moko case for Tab A 10.1 sold here on Amazon, and this holder works perfect with that case (aside from the obvious aspect ratio mismatch). Reason for 1 star deduct is price. This is way too expensive for what it is. These should be like $10-$12. Thats it. It is cheap plastic and minimal engineering design. There is nothing groundbreaking with this product to command such a high price. ... show more

    • Well made, photo in listing is not accurate, assembly required.
-1 star because the photo on the listing shows grasping edges that are far slimmer than the product received. I can literally fit 3 of my tablet stacked on top of one another into the holder (or my tablet + its keyboard + its case.) It does require assembly. be prepared to screw in 10 screws + more for the mount you choose before it is ready to use. No other issues. Seems well enough made. ... show more

    • Works, not a perfect fit.
Had to modify by cutting frame in half and removing about 1/2 inch so that it fits snug like the photo. Otherwise holds tablet well on boat (ocean).

This is a great mount and works better than anticipated. Only flaw is that it feels a little chunky and over built. I can fit my tablet in it no problem with a case still on.
