This was my first time purchasing a phone through a third party like this. Phone arrived the next day in excellent condition, like it was brand new. Not a scratch, ding or nick on it. Had zero issues getting it set up and was up and running with my new phone carrier in no time. Thank you for a great phone at a decent price. ... show more

    • Great! But scratches on screen
Size: 256GB Color: Black Titanium Service Provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed Premium
The phone is basically new except the screen has a few noticeable scratches which I was really disappointed to see. However, everything else is great, battery health at 100% and runs smoothly. I’ve upgraded from the XR and I can feel the difference.

    • Make sure to try charge it completely before activating and keep an eye on it!
Size: 1TB Color: Desert Titanium Service Provider: Unlocked Product grade: Renewed Premium
I’ve had the phone running on my plan for 5 days so far and everything seems to be great, except the charging port…. Pros: The phone was delivered within 2 days, like they said it would be! Everything was there that they said would be and cosmetically, it looked great except for the tiniest scratch on the front screen. Cons: my charging port is hit or miss on when it wants to charge. I’ve tried 3 different chargers with all of them experiencing the same problem…. It seems to be loose. The only reason I’m not sending it back is thanks to my old phone being on its last leg and wireless charging. Overall, if I had known the charging port would be giving me a hard time, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered…. ... show more

Highly recommended!!! The smartphone came with 8 cycles only, 100% battery health with no visible issues in naked eyes. I’m really happy about that. I think it couldn’t be better. Many thanks!
