The brace helps me with standing with much less pain. I'm 5'5" 145lbs and got a medium and it fits, but when sitting down it could use a few more inches. May purchase a large if I can get the replacement Velcro I bought to replace the cheap knock off Velcro that came on the posture correcter I bought before I bought this one. This one was to replace the knock off one. I wished that the " Velcro " corrector wore out before the return date. And this belt I should have returned for a large. The belt is durable and of good quality. I would buy it again only a size larger if necessary. It's a great value for the money. I can go from bent over in pain to standing up with far less pain. No chemical smell and feels solid. It stays in place and can be worn under a smock and looks good if needed to be worn visible. My only issue is that it's too solid to wear while driving. But grateful for it once out of the car. Would buy again and get a better quality posture correcter for driving. 😌😀

I was skeptical about this purchase, but I was dealing with back pain every single day. I’m on my feet constantly—about 8 hours a day—and easily walk at least 5 miles. I also have a slight sway in my back along with a mild curve, so I truly needed relief. This brace delivered exactly what I was looking for. I love how adjustable it is and how well it stays in place. It’s comfortable to wear once you get used to it. The removable lumbar support, combined with the brace’s structure, has provided noticeable relief. It even comes with an extra strap to increase the waist size if needed, which is a great bonus. The warranty is excellent, and it gives me peace of mind knowing the company stands behind their product. It’s color-safe, easy to care for (I hand wash and hang it to dry), and it’s worth every dollar. Extremely well made, fully adjustable, and most importantly—it works.

This brace helps tremendously and is better than most I have tried. Size is accurate, it is durable, and provides a lot of stretch and adjustment. This one is lighter weight than some of the medical braces I have had to wear so it is more comfortable. I wear this over a tank top and under my shirt. Putting it against your skin won’t be comfortable for very long and would get body oils etc. you could certainly wear it over your clothing, I got the purple one and it “ain’t ugly”! As for the straps, I suggest that you fasten the waist to a comfortable, not too tight position. Then pull the cross bands to a nice tighter support. After wearing it a bit you can loosen those straps. If you just position the straps (and the waist) to be comfortable then when you need more support you can just adjust those bands. I wear this for 4 to 5 hours most days.

Definitely helps hold in abdomen and support back. Increases proper posture. It's made very well, fast shipping. The only thing I don't like is if I wear it doing chores, makes it hard to breath, if it is really physical or a lot of bending. Either remove it the. Or really loosen it to where it no longer feels like support.

LOVE IT! My husband bought this for me.. and man do I love it!! It stays in place it doesn't slide or move.. the size is true to size.. it's just the right amount of thickness.... very sturdy and durable, especially in the back area.. I love the fact that it comes with that soft gel like padding in the back.. and I love the color and design! Definitely worth every penny! You feel a whole lot better once you put it on!

This back brace is great…..very supportive and comfortable to wear. The material is top shelf and the elastic is great quality. This appliance has internal stiffening and stays where you initially place it. The size that I selected was based on my waist circumference; it fits comfortably. There is a strap that lengthens the Velcro straps. It is very versatile and relieves a lot of back pain. It can be hand-washed with a neutral detergent.

I fell in the shower and cracked 2 discs along with 2 ribs. I wore this for 2 months and now I just wear it when my back hurts. I'm happy with it, I spent a lot of time researching women's back braces and drilling the Amazon A.I. with questions cus I was in a lot of pain. It fits great for my petite frame (5'3" and 130 lbs with a menopause belly) It's supportive and comfortable to wear all day. I liked it so much that I bought one for my friend who has a slipped disc and is a seamstress. She said that she's pleased with it too
