This doll was purchased in lieu of the original Rainbow High Poppy Rowan with her full accessories because the seller of it failed to follow through. So this Cheer version was bought as a replacement to the other promised product that was to be given as a gift. She wasn't as expensive, but doesn't come with nearly the amount of accessories that the other version does. Pros: - Gorgeous hair that is a neon orange and pink. Easily styled even without the original hair band. - Other dolls clothes from the Rainbow High and Shadow High brand fit her. - Plastic of the arms and legs has held up, even with her pose-able hands being removed several times. - The clothes and pom-pom accessories that do come with the doll are excellent quality. - Comes with a hair comb. Cons: - Hair accessory band broke after a few times of taking it out to style the dolls hair. - She has black stripes across her face, representative of a sports player, that are not removable. - When originally received, the hand was stuck in the packaging.     • A Cute if Imperfect Doll
Most doll collectors call this the "budget" Rainbow High line. These cheerleaders are cute, posable, and fun. Poppy is easily my favorite with her orange hair and clothes. I do feel like some of the quality elements aren't at 100% here. While this is definitely a high-quality product for a "made for play" line of dolls, the makeup, eyelashes, etc. have small errors. The clothes on the doll are wonderful (although the shoes are a nightmare to take off and put on for some reason) and are made from really neat materials. The jersey style of the top is spot on for a sports-themed doll. The long cheerleader socks are also a win (although mine had a tiny hole in the toe out of the box). It is fun to pose the doll in cheerleading positions, but the joints seem to be really stiff in some spots but too loose in others. The pom poms are not super great quality and feel like they'll get smushed looking quickly, and their very hard to keep in her little hands. Still, I don't want to come off as all complaints. She'd a wonderful doll and a great one for playing with. I do worry about her long hair twist losing its shape quickly, tho. ... show more

    • These don't break like those stupid Monster High dolls!
OK, I have nothing against Monster High. Those dolls were cute and all. I literally spent a few thousand bucks buying those stupid dolls for my kids. I wouldn't have had to spend so much money on them if they were made better. They broke so easily. Sometimes you could break one of the MH dolls just trying to get it out of the package. We still have a box full of hands, arms, legs, etc that broke off of those cheaply made dolls. Now there is Rainbow High. Fully posable, just like the MH dolls, but so much better quality. My kids love these dolls. I really checked one out closely the first time I saw one. The joints on the arms and legs are made to last. These dolls may break, but it will take some serious effort to do so. The clothes are really well made also. I'm glad my kids are into Rainbow High now. If I never see another one of those poorly made MH dolls, I'll be happy. ... show more
