It comes with all the items. But some are cheaply made. The bag already ripped. I had to sew it back up. But other wise my granddaughter loves it. She is only 3 and she could care less about the bag. She loves it.

Fun little baby doll accessory pack, but several items in it were low quality. The box of "wipes" came apart quickly. The lids for several of the toys will not stay on. The diaper bag is cute and holds most of the accessories. The bottle and cup were both cute and worth it. My 7 year old threw away the low quality items and kept the things that didn't fall apart, so it turned out okay. Packaging- it came in a very small folded up box that made it look like it was not much of a gift.
