I purchased the outdoor couch set with propane table in early September. It arrived quickly and was easy to put together, just takes a little time. It is absolutely beautiful, sturdy, and high quality. The customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced! I ordered blue cushions and they came to me gray. I contacted customer service and they replied immediately and let me know that gray is the base color it comes with and that my blue covers were on their way! They arrived quickly and are beautiful! I also lost one of the non-skid pads that go under the cushions and they immediately sent me more. I cannot say enough good things about their customer service and the product. I love the patio set! It looks amazing on my deck and really puts the entire look together. The entire process from shipping to assembling and after has been super easy and pleasant. I received my items a week earlier than expected which was great! Then assembling, the directions were straight forward you just need to dedicate a couple hours to assemble all the parts.. if you have multiple people helping makes it a lot faster. I get compliments on it every time someone comes over. Its lightweight so its easy to move around, the seating is not super low to the ground like a lot of these outdoor sets, I put it next to a chair that the seat is at 17.5 inches for reference.. seat cushions are big, so they wont fit in one on of those suncast storage bins, so make sure you measure before you buy :). From ordering to receiving, Radiata was great with their communication - proactively sharing all tracking numbers (the 7-piece set I ordered came in 5 boxes with different tracking) - and then checking in to make sure everything was received in good shape after they arrived. The packaging was excellent. Very well packed - everything made it safely. Initially I thought the packages might arrive on different days which is no big deal, but they all arrived early and at the same time! Assembly was easy. Just take it slow and methodical with the supplied hardware and you’ll have no problems with stripped bolts - it was absolutely fine for me. The look and feel of the set screams of a price point way higher than what it cost - very high value for the money. Fits and looks great on our 10’x20’ covered deck with a lot of room to spare for grill/other pieces/etc. The cushions and pillows are comfortable and feel like they’d hold up to the elements just fine. I would definitely recommend this company and this set to friends/family - I actually already have and a buddy of mine is going to buy the same set :) ... show more
