I love this bike, It functions well, and it has a quality made frame. But it does have a couple drawbacks. The first one being the brakes. They are quite weak, 180mm rotors are fine but a bike with this size wheels really needs hydraulic calipers. This is an easy and cheap fix with the supply of cable pull hydraulic calipers available on amazon. This allows your original cable pull brake levers to still be used, but gives you dual piston calipers that have a whole lot more squeeze on the brake pads and stop this bike sufficiently. This brings me to my second detraction point. This bike has cruise control, which cannot be disabled in the display programming. After 10 seconds or so of holding steady throttle the bike will continue to power the rear wheel until one of the brake levers is squeezed which cuts motor power, not a huge deal, unless you have changed your brake levers to a full hydraulic system without brake switches integrated into the levers, then there is no way to cut motor power in a hurry and you will crash. Just something to think about. So if you want to go the route of a full hydraulic brake setup you need to spend significantly more money for a set with 2 pin brake lever switches. The frame is beautiful, I bought red, and the paint is showroom detail, i’m almost afraid to get it dirty. But I did, I trail rode it for the first 10 miles of this bikes life, I will say for a 160-180 lb rider this bike will have enough power to satisfy you. If you are closer to 250 or more, you might be disappointed on anything other than flat blacktop. Range is not going to be super impressive with just a 13ah battery, but for the price point thats not a big concern. I got 16 miles out of its first charge off road riding, which is impossible to really gauge. As the battery breaks in a few cycles it should get better. Overall I am thoroughly pleased with this bike, and will likely buy another one in the skinny tire variant, this review would have been a 5 star if it had not been for the cruise control not able to be turned off. ... show more

Finally got the bike after a week or so shipping, put the bike together and noticed the loud noise in the back of the bike. The back tire was rubbing against frame and a True tune up did not work. First of all This seller has no product support while putting it together, the back tire came assembled so you would think there would be no issues. Nope I took it to the shop and they said it may be a issue with the tire is too big for the frame and to contacted the people you bought it from. Now I have to wait for the seller to reach out and more and more waiting in the future I guess. I will make an update review once I get a reply from this seller. Terrible experience solar no number to reach out only cam message them and wait 48 hours. I will most likely want a refund or replacement but im not waiting for a whole other week or so for a new bike to be sent this is annoying.! Update! Amazon refunded me the money back, however now I'm having to buy new tires because of the rubbing. This had been the most terrible experience I had woth amazon sellers, I only road the bike once now its back in the shop seeing if it can be fixed to avoid buying an expensive A** Fate Tire! I wasted time and money amd the refund is not enough. The Qlife people asked for videos, pictures etc.. and still no help there terrible people to work with do not buy anything from them. The bike is a good bike but one little think can make it the worse purchase, no help at all, if something goes wrong yiur on your own. The Refund is not enough!. ... show more

Took just over an hour to get it together. Recommend turning the box on it's side to pull the bike out rather than trying to lift it out upright. Plenty of videos online to help with assembly, if needed. Once I got it together I took it for a spin while the battery charged. Feels a little different, getting used to the fat tires. Took it out the next morning and rode about 2 miles out, then turned on the pedal assist - smooth as butter! Got to the 25 mph speed pretty easily, then it gradually went to top speed.
