I did lots of research before I bought this bike. It is my first electric bike so I didn’t want to spend a ton of money, but still wanted a quality product and this delivered on both. It arrived in a reasonable amount of time, although the price is a little deceiving when you have to add $200 for shipping. Even with that additional cost I think the value is still there. The bike assembles easily and is a ton of fun to ride. Plenty fast, although I’m about 250lbs and 6’2” so I see about 23mph of top speed and the bike seems very tall, even for me with the seat at s relatively low position. Thank you very much, everything is very well, it arrived early, on the other hand, two problems, it didn't come as seen in the image with the grill, mine came without a pin, I wanted it with a grill and when air was added to the tires, the rear tire sticks to the frame, apparently the frame is too small for that tire and so the tire is damaged faster ... show more

Delivery time was quick. Overall happy with the bike. However I did opt for the fender and rear rack option and did NOT receive the rear rack or taillight, which is disappointing. Then the only option for return is to send it back and try again, I'm not going to waste 2 weeks over the rack and tail light and will just order replacements. Had bike 6 months so far and I like it! I have 2- Qlife bikes. Had 2 flats off original tires and have replaced tires /tubes on both bikes. I’m a street/bicycle trail rider, not back country. If Qlife put decent tires n tubes on bike, it would be a 5 star. Recommend replacing tires and tubes soon after receiving bike bike. ... show more

So far no complaints! Very sturdy and well made. I do recommend keeping the Allen wrench on you while riding though as the handle bars did come loose a couple of times on me. Have gone up to 20 miles with no battery problems at all.
