If I could leave a review for their customer service team or better said person (because it’s only one person who’s all ways unavailable) it would definitely be for zero stars. I’ve been trying to return my bike for 2 months. My bike can we an error message on the control panel, I did all the steps to fix the issue with no luck. Customer service sent me a replacement product that didn’t work either. All I want know is to return my bike but customer service is refusing to send me a return label. Ok people since no one wants to post a review on here or YouTube no later then 3 weeks after purchase here you go I've had my bike for 7 months. I have 1,220 miles one my bike I take it to work I have the 28 mph bike. No issues at all with the bike they say tires last 300 miles ah give or take I have not changed my tires yet I rotated them and put the back tire in the front. I have had an issue with finding the right tread ordered 2 different pair and they were the wrong size. Only thing they dont tell you at full speed the battery only last 22 miles ... show more

My company gave me this bike as a gift, and I was surprised how good it is. The battery has an amazing autonomy (40 miles and still in half charge). The shifting gear system is very good. The bike can work on power-assist mode (in which you pedal to trigger the electric engine) or in automatic mode where it behaves as an autopilot for light motorbike. if the engine is turned off, it's good for workout. Do not buy this. I don’t ever write reviews, but I don’t want anyone to go through what I am with this. The bike itself is okay for the money, but the customer service is terrible. My bike didn’t work when I got it, and I can’t even talk to their customer service. I’ve been playing phone tag for 2 weeks, and I can’t get a return label from them. If I want to return it myself it’s $250 for shipping. If they would come good for it, I would change my review but it doesn’t seem like it’s going to happen. Really bad situation. Received as a gift, been 110miles so far. Love commuting on it, been a huge step up from the citibikes. Orange color is fun, lights and controls are good. Great range and good power and even for a bigger guy like me enough power. Considering adding a cadence sensor myself, otherwise the trigger control works great. I had do get 2 because the quality is really low Keep in mind The tires go out by 1.4k miles The breaks have to be changed by 300miles The range in best way is 14miles if u drive fast If u go slow maybe 22miles So i wont recommend it
