I have a living room that faces the road as well as my neighbor’s house and it felt like a cave because my curtains are always drawn. I don’t m want my neighbors to see me in my boxers on my couch so I rarely opened the curtains. These window clings were a nice solution to let in the light and still allow me to be a naked couch potato. Easy installation for the most part. Make sure you have sharp boxcutters or use scissors for a clean cut. Cut it slightly oversized (by maybe a half inch on each side). Clean the window with Windex first. Then spray the window liberally with water. Pull the entire plastic backing off the window cling and then place the cling on the window. Smooth out the bubbles with a credit card or a ruler, and trim off the excess. Now here’s the trick to get the edges flat without curling up (because it comes rolled up, the cling can curl up or bubble on the edges). Use a hair dryer on the hottest setting and blow the edges flat (pressing it down as you go along). This will ensure the edges lay flat on the window. The cling is textured on one side, so it doesn’t feel or look cheap. Gives a nice diamond reflective look to the windows. I’m still torn between it looking pretty cool, and also a little tacky. It works though! Allows a great amount of shimmering light into my living room, gives me my privacy, and allows me to keep my windows unblocked. The only thing is that it IS see-thru if you get very close to it and look through the diamond patterns (see photos). But you need to be right up against the window for this, and if someone is that close - you probably should call the cops by that point, because you will definitely notice them. Overall this was a good purchase in my opinion. Did everything I needed it to, privacy and light, and it doesn’t look too shabby.

I really like this window film. This pattern is very pretty, and unless you're scrutinizing it up close it looks like it could be the actual glass that's patterned. Takes a bit of finesse to install, but it stays up for years without peeling. This pattern looks particularly nice on doors with small window panes. It diffuses light nicely and doesn't darken the room at all. I would probably not rely on it for privacy on a bathroom window, but it's a good level of privacy for anywhere else.

I have used this window film in three different homes and in so many different rooms. It is easy to cut and install, just make sure your measurements are correct… and if you change your mind later down the road it is super easy to peel off. It gives the look of a stained glass window and I love the way the light shines through it. It is impossible for anyone to see inside so I do use it in bathrooms and closets.

The film was easy to put up, although I had a friend assist. I didn't realize the measurements presume installation on 2 double sash windows, rather than on my 24 x 36 window. So I needed to cut and joint two pieces in a seam. The pattern is busy enough so it's hard to see that seem. One side didn't adhere well near the top, but I taped it down and it's OK. The product itself is sturdy and attractive. I would order this again, as I'm happy overall.

Works perfect. Would purchase again. SUPER easy to apply, remove, reapply, cut etc. It gives perfect amount of privacy and allows us to get sunlight and kind of still see outside, its Distorted, but can still tell if someone passes by. Super happy customer.

The media could not be loaded. This was a great price and great product. I am renting, and gives me the privacy but also the ability to remove when i leave easily without damage. They leave any room signifigantly cooler and beautiful. Its summer in this desert and blocks a lot of heat wothout being so dark. I can see through em just enough still. My toddler loves em too.

I rarely leave reviews-but I spent hours looking for the perfect privacy cling and finally decided on this one- and it was the best choice! The cling is thick, and super nice quality, easy to install. I made sure I used a healthy amount of water during installation and had zero issues. Since I had to trim the piece to fit my sliding glass doors- i sound that taping up the side I needed to trim off (with an xacto blade) made installation much easier, quicker and exact. My home feels much more cozy since I put this up, and I do t have bulky curtains or ugly verticals taking up the wall space. Highly recommend for sliding glass doors
