The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews, but I must say that when I unboxed the item, everything was packaged well. I compared it to a similar chandelier I’ve had for over 30 years and the quality looks the same.. I guess time will tell. As far as the reviews about not being crystals, I dropped one and it broke just like glass. If you don’t like the smooth finish there are upgrade options for these. You can purchase garlands and tear drops and fully customize yours… that’s the good thing about these type of chandeliers.. parts are easy to get. Instructions were simple and if you have common sence and some basic electrical knowledge you can install your self easily.. but be ready to spend sometime on this… it is tedious to assemble, and you should use a second person to help, but at the end when you see the final product you will think it was well worth it. I installed a dimmer switch and purchased the bulbs for it as well in a warm incandescent glow It looks great! And great price!!!! Oh by the way I was missing like 3 small bowl plates and plan to call the seller to see if they can send.. if they can’t it doesn’t matter cause you can’t tell at all. ... show more

This chandelier is absolutely beautiful. It will go great with any décor no matter. If you have from farmhouse to sheikh to ranch this will look and up. Do any style that you currently have. It's super easy to install but if you don't know much about electricity. It might require an electrician if you want to be safe but I was able to install it in my hallway in under like an hour and all I did. Was shut the power off and then make sure the circuit breaker was off and then connect disconnected remember which wire goes where and then reconnect. It's harder to do sometimes if you're doing it in older houses because sometimes the wires. Aren't the same as newer houses? ... show more

Its a beautiful chandelier that is a bit challenging to install and assemble. I have put a couple together before but if you are not handy with wiring, you will definitely need help. There was a broken piece in the box, but the seller was able to replace it with no issues and great communication. Once the replacement came in, it took an afternoon to put it up. NO CRYSTAL WHATSOEVER ON THIS CHANDELIER. Run, don’t walk, to another product!! The drop decorations are cheap acrylic plastic with cuts in them…they are not even made of glass. There are rough ridges, bubbles and deformities throughout them. They are clearly plastic and not even as dense as a marble. Connections between the acrylic plastic drop decors are thin silver metal that are flimsy. Extremely disappointed with the false advertising which contains the word “crystal” throughout the description and instructions which show cut crystals on the drawings…nothing of the sort was included in our box. While there are a few glass dishes on the chandelier NONE are crystal and none of the drip decor pieces are even glass. Amazon, please take note of the terms in advertisement vs what is actually provided. ... show more

Love the look. It is BRIGHT brass so if the light is off it looks pinky. Yes the bobeche are plastic but you are not paying 1k plus which is what a chandelier this size would be. Very time consuming to put together. None of it is assembled. Again that's why it is available for this price. I LOVE it. I would absolutely buy again, but hubby has to assemble. CON. the Chain is way too short. As you can see from the pix. I had to order a new chain and the cord is not long enough to hang it from a 20 inch chain 4 stars for this reason. ... show more

I was very skeptical about buying a chandelier from Amazon only because when you think of chandeliers you think of how delicate the glass and crystals are. I was deeply impressed by how amazing this chandelier is! It’s so beautiful and even though it took me a little over an hour to put together because of the detail, I enjoyed putting it together! This chandelier is admittedly a little tricky to put together but well worth it in the end. They're just so many little tiny details and strands that you want to angle and attach just right to make sure it looks like the product photos. I didn't have any issues with installing it and all the necessary parts were labeled in terms of wiring and setup. It's also a lot lighter than I would expect but does not feel cheap or flimsy. The silver and reflective material used for the body really creates a stunning, almost mesmerizing affect when all of your bulbs are lit within the chandelier.
