I was tired of the "ghost touch" issues on my original unit and didn't want to spend a fortune on a Garmin. This RiderNav R7M is exactly what I needed for my BMW R1250GS. The best part? It fits the factory BMW Navigation Prep cradle perfectly. No loose wires, no ugly mounts. The Wonder Wheel control integration is fantastic—I can zoom in on Google Maps and skip songs without taking my hand off the grip. It reads the bike's Tire Pressure (TPMS) and engine temp too. If you're looking for a Motorcycle CarPlay Screen that looks OEM, this is it. Highly recommended!

I was worried about audio lag because other wireless CarPlay screens route the sound through the display. This unit handles it smarter. It pairs with my phone for the map visuals, but lets my phone send audio directly to my Cardo Packtalk Edge. The result? Zero audio lag and crystal clear music quality. The 7-inch touchscreen is super responsive even with gloves on, and Wireless Apple CarPlay connects automatically the moment I start the bike. A massive upgrade over mounting a phone on the handlebars.

I tried a smaller 5-inch unit before, but the icons were too small to hit while riding. This 7-inch HD display makes a huge difference. The 1200 nits anti-glare screen is legitimately readable in direct sunlight here in Arizona. I have it mounted on my BMW S1000XR. It locks securely into the cradle with the original key, so I don't worry about theft at gas stations. The IP69K waterproof rating was tested in a heavy downpour yesterday, and it worked without a glitch. Solid build quality.

I am not a mechanic, so I wanted something strictly Plug and Play. This unit snapped right into the mount on my BMW F850GS. No tools, no running cables to the battery. It powers up instantly with the ignition. Running Wireless Android Auto with my Samsung S24 Ultra, and it's buttery smooth. It feels like a modern dashboard upgrade for the bike.
