Bags look sleek, seem to off gas well, kinda sad it holds at 58 instead of 62 but it is what it is. Cheaper than the competition (gr*** bags) and jars. First time opening the bag in 3 weeks and it smells delicious. Mine smelled like fresh grapes perfectly preserved. 2 bags molded though when they weren’t like that before, I recommend hygrometers. ... show more

    • So far, so good.
I used to store weed in clear mason jars, which required frequent 'burping', especially during the first 10 days, and needing to use a dark room to prevent light degradation. Another issue with mason jars is the uneven RH, with the bottom RH being much greater than the surface. These curing bags fix these issues. First, they're light-protective (i.e. black on one side and opaque on the other) which minimizes light exposure and doesn't require storing in a dark room. These state moisture is controlled to the ideal 62 %RH and the size is perfect for pre-measuring 1 ounce at a time. On the last batch, I used a 62% RH Boveda pack in 1 curing bag and none on the other, adding a small RH-monitor to each. After curing for only 2 weeks (when they were purchased), there's no detectable %RH difference between the two bags. I usually cure for at least 2 months. Bottom line: It's already clear that these curing bags are much MUCH easier to use than mason jars. It will be fun and interesting to compare mason jar cured homegrown pot to these curing bag's results. ... show more

I grow my own, so when i finish the drying process, usually i go straight to curing and storing. You could easily fit 2oz per 1oz bag, but as i made edibles, i usually weigh to have just the right amount.. they are thick and easy to use, you can write on them to know what strain is in each bag. The seal is strong and it keeps the smell down. They are durable, you can reuse them. They are easy with storage, the bags can be sealed and they function as they say! Will definitely buy again once i run out! ... show more
