    • Great performance brakes at a great price. They will not disappoint.
The brakes from R1 Concepts are made to high standards. I could tell a huge difference in the brakes from R1 Concepts. This is all for brake rotors with brake pads. This did not include hardware (new brake pad holders/mechanisms, I just used the old ones). The stopping power has dramatically increased in my 2016 Dodge Dart SXT. There original problem that I had with my OE brakes was mainly over heating, which would cause the brakes to overheat and become slightly warped. My OE brakes were not meant for the speeds of the German Autobahn. The Dodge Dart would shake minorly at 115MPH+ speeds if I had to brake more than 3 times, at around 5 seconds a piece ( braking on the Autobahn happens frequently in new area under construction, and you have the occasional person hoping into the speed lane going half your speed to pass a semi). The new brakes from R1 Concepts are amazing and exceeds my expectations. I no longer have that slight shake, cause by the over heated, warped brakes, happening as I break. I have breaked at multiple speeds multiple times and I have yet to experience and shaking of the steering wheel cause by brakes. The brakes also have a stylish look to them. This is the second set of brake pads and rotors that I bought from R1 Concepts, and I planned to purchase from them in the future. Customer Service was also fast to respond regarding shipping and handling, and any other questions I had. I am overall extremely satisfied with the brake from R1 Concepts. I have had the brake install for 4 weeks now, and I frequently drive the German Autobahn, now with no braking related issues at all. I feel extremely safe regarding the braking power and brake durability of my newly installed brake rotors and brake pads.     • Bait and switch
I purchased these and the picture CLEARLY shows they are black. The ones I received were silver. To their credit they gave me a 20% refund for the mix-up. No harm right? Nope! I spent 8 hours tearing my front end apart replacing various things only to get all the way to the end of the project to find the rotors don't fit my car! The box even says they're black and for my vehicle. Do not buy these! Now I have to buy rotors from another seller and tear my car apart AGAIN to install what will hopefully be the CORRECT ones. But not from R1 this time. Never again. Wasted my entire day on an incorrect product. ... show more

    • Where’s the hardware
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is, when I got the product it didn’t come with new brake hardware I had to use the old clips and it was a pain In the a**. Here in New York everything rusts and my wife’s car before she bought it sat for most of its life hence why her dart has 30,000 miles, but everything in there was rusted to hell and made it a lot more difficult not having new hardware. Fit perfectly on my Dodge Dart and cost half as much as the regular brake sets at Autozone and Advanced Auto. Car stops on a dime (already had a good but unwanted chance to test them!). Hope these are still for sale when I need my next set of brakes. The black coating will be gone after the first 30 seconds of driving with them but they still look/work well. Update August 22 2018: Had 2 more close calls thanks to people slamming on the brakes on the highway while in front of me.. These brakes saved my ass 3 times now!!! Will definitely order again if they are still available when I need brakes again! ... show more

Worked great on my wife's 2013 dart. Car itself is a POS. Don't buy a dart for these pads but buy the pads for the dart.
