My cat *loves* this, but I have to monitor and adjust it constantly because since the top mount is not tension-based it slips a lot. The height is just what we needed in our small space, though. I'd give it a higher rating if keeping up with the top mount wasn't such a hassle ***** [EDIT: the seller contacted me and gave me the BEST customer service I've ever had as a consumer bar none. I've increased my rating based on that alone. I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future, THANKS SO MUCH]

For now I'm rating it 5 stars. I appreciate the wall anchor strap for the added safety. My cat is a menace lol it was fairly easy to put together. So far my cat is loving it! I'm hoping I can divert her to this and off of my furniture. I will agree with other reviews that this tree is meant for smaller cats. For reference, my girl is 7lbs and fits an extra small in clothing.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had the tree for about 2 days and wow. My bigger chunky boy likes to stay in the house part and when he does climb all the way up we need to help him down🤣🤣 (he’s special) My two babies actually fit in the bed part at the same time. This tree is rlly sturdy and hasn’t moved an inch. Putting it together was easy. It comes with step by step pictures on how to do it. For the price, this thing is a 10/10. Wish I could give it more stars

This is a great product if you have an active thin kitty, a great product for kittens. Quality is good, when assembled correctly it is secure. My 11 year old put the whole tower together. However I have a fairly large orange boy, and he does not seem to feel secure when traveling up it. I am hoping with time he becomes more fond of it!

The media could not be loaded. This was a good cat tree. I had to return because it was too tall so I couldn’t secure to the ceiling. There’s a hammock for it but I took it off cuz my cats don’t care for it. Honestly a great purchase if you got some climbing critters & it’s customizable height wise.
