This is the coolest thing I own right now. First, out of the box to completely assembled (4 legs, thats it) took me like 2 mins. Second, it’s heavy, as in sturdy, it feels like something you could own for a long time. I plugged it instantly and powered it up. The heat is HEAT, up close anyways, it was hot and I was pleased about that because it’s in a very large bedroom. I have not heated said bedroom with this, yet, but I don’t foresee a problem. The flames are aesthetically pleasing, they dance at diff speeds that you can set or dim or change colors, and the same goes for the mock logs (it’s just cool man). It fits absolutely perfectly inside my sealed (no longer functional fireplace) and it looks like.. a legit little fire. I don’t often write reviews but I couldn’t be happier. Would re-buy this and that’s as good a metric for a purchase as any. The remote will be convenient since my bed is a good 15 feet away. I’ll run the flames minus heat even in the summer if I’m in need of extra cozy. Job well done! - (update) still love the fireplace but prolonged use does make it a noisier, not initially, but if it’s ran for longer than 30-45 minutes it gets a louder…not uncomfortably so but noticeable

Assembly Very simple assembly (less than 20 mins.) right out of the box! Both heat and lighting can be controlled using (included) remote control. HEAT Efficient electric heat production. I could feel the radiant warmth within minutes after turning on. APPEARANCE Unit itself is a nice looking addition to the room even when turned off. The flame feature mimics a realistic fire with variable lighting effects, and even without using the heat I can enjoy the flickering soft light as a quiet and soothing nightlight. P SUMMARY This is a convenient and inexpensive alternative to the hassle of a real wood burning or gas stove. Great unit for anybody who doesn't have a fireplace, but desires the ambiance of one.

Warms a medium sized room ok but , not a great as other upright hearters, possible because the heating element is on the top and heat rised so if I sit in front of it I barely feel the heat, I have to stand up to feel it, less output than I thought when it became really cold I had to add another heater. The Fireplace is realistic with 5 different speeds, heights 5 different levels of light and 4 different collor flame lightsand 4 different color logs lights that can be used in16 different combinations the lights flames are Red or Orange or majority Yellow and Blue and majority Blue and Yellow. The logs colors are Red, Orange and maybe a warmer Red but I can't notice any discernable difference in the Reds. The housing itself is beautiful and you can also see the flames on both sides It comes with a remote but you can also adjust everything on the heater itself with a lighted display control panel. I Recommend if you have a small room to heat up but for a large room I do not think it puts out enough heat unless you use it in a work room where you are standing. Beautiful yes, functional... so so

In warm weather, I have a small fountain on our covered porch, but I was looking something that could replace the fountain during cooler weather and extend our time to enjoy the porch. This little heater fit the bill perfectly. It was easy to assemble (just attach the legs), easy to carry (55 year old woman here not looking for terribly heavy lifting), and I bought it during a Black Friday mark down, so I felt like we got an excellent value. It is quiet with a cool top, which I love, so it can pull double duty as a small side table. It heats a couple of seats worth of people at our porch table while sipping warm drinks, and it certainly allows us to enjoy the porch on a cold winter day (well, Alabama style cold weather). I love the flame/log bed colors--some are realistic and some are just fun. We have only had it for a few weeks, so I cannot comment on the longevity, but the metal exterior feels solid and well made. It comes with a remote control, which I like as well. It was exactly what I was looking for, and our family and friends have thoroughly enjoyed it.

I love this little fireplace heater! Easy to put together (just screw in the legs), looks great, heats well and you have to love the customizable flame and log colors. The flames looks very realistic and you can even change the speed of the flames. I put it in a room that doesn't get as much air from the furnace as the other rooms and it does a good job at adding additional heat. Remote is fully fuctional and easy to read/use. It's silent when the heat is off and when the heat is on the sound is very minimal you don't really notice it at all.

We love this thing! Looks so very nice in our living room slash play room slash family room. Heats very well and the flames are so cool looking! The room it’s in isn’t small but it isn’t huge, has high ceilings and lots of windows and it still feels noice and warm. Sturdy so I’m not afraid of it falling over yet is pretty easy to move around. I feel confident having it around my anxiety-laden cat and toddlers and school age kiddos. Not noisy at all, doesn’t bother me and I don’t even hear it. Feels just right on a cool night. I recommend and would buy it again. Ohh and once when our power went off it wouldn’t turn back on, just read the instruction book and did what it said and it came right back with no problems since.

Lovely item, I bought one & it puts out more heat than another electric heater I bought . That is why I am going to buy another, which I just did. Customers said it was not realistic looking and I totally disagree with this opinion. It is VERY REALISTIC looking. The only problem I had with mine was that when I turn it off it doesn't go off right away, it cycles off for about 1/2 a minute before it totally shuts down. It warms one room and 1/2 of another bedroom I have. The first button seems like the air is not that hot so I put it on the second setting and it comes out very hot. I love the color choice to. So even though I see a few issues with it I still think it is the better heater to buy out of all other choices. Thank you

I needed an insert for my fireplace that would bring pretty light and warmth when needed. This unit is beautiful. The remote and options for light, speed of flames, and turning heat on and off is wonderful. The blower is not too loud. What I also like is how lifelike it is to what a gas fireplace would look like. Also, the unit is metal and very solid with safety features like auto shutoff for heat. I bought the grey one and it looks great with my tv that sits on the mantel. This will give me winter warmth and holiday cheer with the light from the ‘logs’. And, finally, the price is excellent for all of this functionality. I am very pleased and seldom write reviews. But there is a lot to choose from so I hope this is helpful to others looking for a freestanding electric fireplace/wood stove. And it is safe to put a dog or cat bed in front as the heat comes out of the top and the rest of the unit does not get hot. My dog likes to sit in front of it.
