I really love this electric fireplace. It looks beautiful. There is 2 speeds on the heat. The fire is very nice. The huge obstacle is the assembly. Thank heaven my son was able to do it as the pieces did not line up correctly and he needed many more tools than the one provided..you will need an electric drill, set of Allen wrenches, Phillips and straight screw drivers and a set of small drill bits and burs. I think this fireplace would be better if it turned off after it was set for a few hours. Other then this I have to say~ so far it is really great. I have only used it 3 times so I will see in time. Packaged great no problems nothing broke scratched or damaged..Came pretty fast.

I received the product in two boxes, one came a day earlier than the other but both came super fast and way ahead of the expected delivery date. You have to assemble the surround, it’s fairly simple and I did it by myself in 30 minutes. I did not receive the screws to secure the heater but it’s honestly pretty secure without it. I really love it, the quality is amazing and it doesn’t look cheap. As you can see in my picture I got the large 40 x 43 size which I think is perfect if you are looking for an authentic fire place feel. If you were thinking about buying this and debating your options, look no further because this is a great piece of furniture :) I’ll update if I have any issues ... show more

Great fireplace for the price. Bought it for my mother in law. Came in two boxes on two different days from two different places. Wish we were informed of that, but otherwise., no complaints. Very easy to assemble with good directions.

The media could not be loaded. The reviews for this product are all over the place including lots of confusing information. I just received this electric fireplace yesterday, and here's what you need to know. - I got the all black, 25" X 27" model (2nd to the smallest size) - It arrived FULLY assembled. All I had to do was unpack it and plug it in. - The display looks no more or no less realistic than most other electric fireplaces. - It has 7 flame heights, but the difference between them is negligible. - It has two heat settings... warm & warmer - It DOES have a fan to blow the heat further into the room. - The unit seems very sturdy and looks better than I expected. - This particular faux fireplace is quite suitable for a bedroom, small living room or studio apartment. - It is just the right width. The height is a bit shorter than I expected, but no problem. - I got the extra 2 years warranty since it wasn't very expensive, & some of the other reviews led me to believe that either the heating unit, fan or display could possible need replacing. I got the fireplace sooner then expected. All the pieces and hardware were there. It was packaged well. I put it together myself. It went together perfect. Very sturdy. Delivery was very fast and the fireplace looks good. I took off one star because the top of the wood mantel had space from a piece that wasn’t nailed correctly. But it’s minor and I can fix with some caulking. Be aware that this is a cream color not pure white. Also, I had to reach out to customer service to get the accessories (screws and etc). But they shipped it to me at no cost. Overall pretty good experience. ... show more
