I bought this electric fireplace to keep our sunroom warmer during our cold winters. There is no foundation underneath our sunroom so it can get a little cold in that room. This little fireplace was exactly what I expected. It is too warm today to give it a good test, but it was throwing out heat when I turned it on after setting it up. Attaching the legs was easy and screws are already screwed in slightly to show you where they go and so they don't get lost. It's lightweight so I'll be able to move it around as needed. The delivery was within 7 days of purchase and very well packaged. I would recommend this product as others looking the same only with a remote were considerably more money. I can get up and down to turn it on and off.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this fireplace; there were a million of them to pick from and the price on this one was pretty low. However, I was pleasantly surprised -- I think it's a really good buy for the money: It's sturdy, easy to use, and puts out a decent amount of heat for the small size. And ... it looks great! So nice to sit by the 'fire' at night; very cozy! I liked that it was made out of mostly metal, although it was surprising that the feet were plastic. It remains to be been how durable those will be. You'd think for the minimal price involved that those could be metal as well. The only other drawback was the instructions which were probably written in another language and then badly translated. Thankfully, there wasn't much in the way of controls, so it was fairly easy to figure out. I do wish it came with a remote, but looking at other models with remotes, this signifcantly upped the prices. All in all, a fun product and good value for the money.

There are two switches for heat; one for 1000 watts and then you select the other for 1500 watts. The 1000 watts puts out very little heat and I was very concerned. The 1500 watts works very well, so that's what I use. I had a previous unit from a different brand with a 3 prong plug that burned out, so I like the 2 prong plug. No heat. The "fake fire logs" look very fake, however the overall look with the flames is very pleasant and gives a good feel of a fireplace.

I love the design of this heater! It’s a good size, quite sturdy and it warms my living room nicely. I like that the heating element has plenty of clearance from the floor too. The fan throws a nice even heat. It’s not a concentrated heat but sort of a defused warmth. My dogs all congregate around the heater every chance they get. It’s been a great resource all these long cold, snowy and rainey days in Alaska.

This lovely heater has a blower and is delightful to watch on the cold wintery month’s with it’s realistic flames. It is also economical and doesn’t run your power bills up. I get so many complaints on it.

The product looks nowhere near like the pictures, the “flames” look absolutely sad. The video that is linked on the products same page is for a different model, so everything that it shows as part of the heater is not there. The timer, the changing flame colors, the remote control, none of that is included. It’s a sad model and frankly false advertising.

Light enough for me to maneuver when assembling and lifting to put in place. Using in my 3-season room and it helps keep the room nice and warm. Also has a nice flame effect at night.

Bought this and returned it for a couple reasons. First the bottom heat output is just not optimal. Dangerous for kids, and anything on the floor is subject to unsafe conditions, like catching on fire, or getting melted or ruined. Second, the legs are plastic, there's a lot of plastic, it just seemed really light. No remote control means climbing out of a warm bed to turn it on or off if in bedroom. Also with no remote, being cheap, the control buttons are the first to go, sear from use and cheap plastic parts just don't last. This is what happened to my old one, I had to hard wire it, bypassing the controls on the panel. Spend a few extra bucks and you'll be much happier, and possibly safer.
